This is my second time staying here and I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else in London. I love the modern rooms, charming lobby, lounge, restaurant options- but mainly the staff! They are excellent. As soon as we walked in to the Conrad St. James after our red eye flight, I was so happy to see Sophia again! She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing last October and it was just like seeing a friendly face again! Which is a feeling that’s so lovely and rare in a big bustling city. Sophia, and the rest of the staff make this fantastic hotel extraordinary. 10/10 recommend.

Spent 10 days in the Conrad to explore more of Westminster and in general, London. The lobby was big, full of furniture and offers you drinks when checking in, which was incredibly fast. We then left our bags in our room which was not dusty, big, and had an extremely comfortable and bouncy bed. The 2 restaurants in the hotel had amazing and substantial food. The house keeping were doing a thorough and great job at cleaning the house, occasionally leaving chocolate and tarts as well as friendly and welcoming letters. The rooms were also quiet with soundproof walls so our neighbours were quiet. The location of the hotel was good because a Pret A Manger and a Costa was next door.

Book here for impeccable Service w/ the most amazing centralized Location to London sights! We were in touch with the reservations team from August 2025 planning our special visit to London! Allen and Allesandro from the behind the scenes reservation team kept in touch and made note of all of the exciting plans for our visit! Upon arrival- Louisa greeted us with the biggest smile (while managing a lobby full of guests!)! Norman and Andrew at the Concierge desk handled all of our luggage while we explored the nearby sites waiting for our room. We were afforded a beautiful upgrade to a suite with our Diamond member benefits! The executive lounge was phenomenal!! Bubbly Joe always kept the drinks flowing and the food hot & fresh during afternoon tea and evening canapés! But by far, our favorite part of the day was at breakfast- Rishita greeting us with big smiles every morning! Casey, Blessing and Zach are absolutely amazing!! Their attention to the guests, beautiful conversations and truly impressive customer service skills made every morning phenomenal!! The fresh fruit selection was our favorite. Hats off to the chef who made me French style crepes and fresh scones!! Please add the crepes to your menu! ❤️ We are counting down til we return again next year!

The Conrad London St James is one of the all-around best hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world (resorts excluded). The location is perfect - within about 1.5 mile of all the typical London tourist attractions - Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, the Tower Bridge, Westminster Abby, etc. Yet, it was very quiet due to its location off a main street. The service was outstanding. All staff members - from the front desk, to the concierge, doorman (Fabian) and restaurant supervisor/receptionist (Siya ?) were always most helpful. And before I forget, adjoining/inside the hotel is the Blue Boar Pub. Delicious fish & chips - some of the best during my 5 day stay in London. For a downtown hotel where space is limited, the rooms were surprisingly spacious, and exceptinally clean. I would stay here again without question.
