About St Ermins Hotel Autograph Collection by Marriot

Tucked down a quiet side street off the bustle of Westminster, St Ermin's Hotel occupies a set-back spot near St James's Park, within easy reach of Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Despite the address being minutes from some of London's busiest landmarks, the hotel itself sits in a surprisingly calm corner, with a nearby Tube station making it simple to reach the rest of the city.

The hotel has 331 rooms, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, mini bar and complimentary WiFi. Public spaces carry a sense of history and period detail, and facilities extend to a restaurant, bar, snack bar, gym and meeting rooms, along with room service, concierge and porter services, and laundry facilities. Breakfast is a highlight, with a generous buffet spread, and the hotel's afternoon tea and dining options are equally well regarded.

Staff are consistently attentive, and the pace of service matches the elegant surroundings. Pets are welcome, and valet parking is available, though parking itself is chargeable and located nearby rather than on site. With pubs, restaurants and entertainment all within walking distance, and central London's main sights close by, it makes a comfortable base for exploring Westminster on foot.

We had a wonderful time here for my 60th birthday. The hotel is stunning with a beautiful entrance with lovely plants and flowers. Our room was beautiful and The White Company toiletries were a lovely touch. All the staff are very attentive and will do anything for you. We had an afternoon tea which was just amazing, we only managed 3 of the 17 teas on offer, the sandwiches, scones and cakes were all gorgeous. I didn't know where I was being taken to as it was a surprise, I couldn't believe how close to all the most famous landmarks we were. We would thoroughly recommend a stay in St Ermines. I'm looking forward to visiting again xx Lisa & Scott

Wow, this is such a great hotel. We got a family suite for two adults and two children. This had two queen beds, a day bed and TWO bathrooms! This was absolutely perfect for us. Easy walk to St. James’s underground station, St James’s park, and many must see sights in London. The service, location and amenities were all great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Loved staying here. Had AC! A godsend during the heatwave. Friendly and helpful staff and so accommodating. The walk up the driveway is so charming with the archway and greenery. Around the corner from St. James Park tube so it’s easy to get everywhere; also just a short walk to the palace. There’s also a Farmer J across the street to start your morning with a quick breakfast, but the breakfast at the hotel was lovely too. For the standard rooms the storage/closet space is a bit tight but we made it work. I would 100% stay here again.

Great location that's really walkable to many local attractions. It's also just tucked away enough from the main road to feel comfortable. Service there was very attentive. Rooms comfortable, only knock is low water pressure showers. Restaurant is delicious. The eggs with truffle and salmon was outstanding. The sushi at the terrace was an absolute delight. Bar service was very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.
