What guests say
We booked two nights at this hotel in London and paid for two identical Economy Double Rooms. After a long journey and having slept for only one hour, we finally arrived at the hotel expecting to get some rest. Unfortunately, what we got was nothing like what we had paid for. Although we booked the exact same room type, one of the rooms had a proper double bed while the other had a bed that was at least half a meter narrower. It was clearly not a standard double bed, despite both rooms being sold as identical. To make things even worse, the rooms were not clean. We found hair in the room, there was an unpleasant smell, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. As if that wasn't enough, in one of the rooms the window couldn't be opened and the air conditioning didn't work. The room was unbearably hot, making it almost impossible to get a proper night's sleep. When we realized that one of the rooms was completely different from what we had booked, we went to the reception to ask for an explanation and some help. We were simply told that we had received exactly what we had paid for and that nothing could be done. There was no attempt to solve the problem, no apology, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. If you want to actually receive what you paid for and get a decent night's sleep, stay away from this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had, and I will never stay here again. I definitely cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel had a fantastic location and was extremely clean throughout, which made the stay very pleasant. Although the room was quite small, that was expected for the price, but the bed is something future guests should be aware of, as anyone over 1.70 m may find it too short. Overall, a good stay, especially if location and cleanliness matter most.

Be very careful when booking this hotel. Although the reservation allowed free cancellation until 17 September, the hotel charged my card for the full amount immediately after booking because of the prepayment policy hidden in the payment conditions. I cancelled the reservation immediately, well within the free cancellation period, but a week later I was still waiting for my refund. Read the payment terms very carefully before booking. "Free cancellation" does not mean your money won't be taken immediately.

The room was suitable we pushed the two double beds together for a massive bed. Location is great a short walk to the museums, some nice places to eat near by too. It is a little noisy with traffic at night but 9ver all we were satisfied.
