Oxbridge Apartments

I enjoyed my three-night stay here. The biggest advantage is the location, with both Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road Tube stations within walking distance, while the apartments themselves are located on the main road. Sainsbury’s Cromwell Road supermarket is just a stone’s throw away, and there are several eateries within a 10-minute walk. Kensington Gardens are also within a 10-minute walk. Coming to the room, you get great value for what you pay. While the photos online are genuine, the rooms do feel a bit smaller in reality, though all promised facilities were available. I stayed in the studio flat, the smallest category, as a solo traveller. The room also had a table fan, which really helped since it was the beginning of Summer 2026 and temperatures were soaring above 28°C. Water pressure was excellent, and overall cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, I’d describe it as a great value stay and would happily come back given the chance.

Very satisfied with my experience. The room was comfortable, and I was especially pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, particularly Mr. Usman. The service made my stay truly enjoyable. The next time I visit South Kensington, I already know where I will stay. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality.

The fact this is considered a 4-star serviced apartment is an absolute joke. There's no "service" at all - at most someone comes one day and maybe makes the bed, and another day maybe they give you more towels. The room hasn't been vacuumed and the bathroom has smelled weird since we arrived. Honestly, I don't think it's been cleaned at all. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable - there doesn't appear to be any padding on the top of it, you can feel something hard like buttons at regular spaces and it hurts to sleep on. To top it all off, there is barely any soundproofing at all. You can hear almost everything happening in your neighbour's apartment, which is great if they decide to be noisy after midnight and you have to get up early. Even the washing machine isn't worth staying here for, because it definitely hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. There is free internet but the connection is barely usable. I don't recommend this place at all. It is not worth it.

Great Hotel! Room was very spacious at a competitive price, and there are various amenities close by. The underground station is less than 10 minutes away. Staff were very accommodating and helpful too.
