About DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Marble Arch

Breakfast, room service and a bar to unwind in after a day of sightseeing are all part of the package at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel London Marble Arch, alongside a restaurant for those who'd rather not venture out in the evening. It's a straightforward comfort that suits the hotel's setting well, given how much there is within easy reach on foot.

The hotel has 122 rooms across four floors, all en-suite with air conditioning, and there are family and accessible options among them along with a lift for convenience. Rooms are on the compact side, which is worth knowing if space matters to you, but they're kept clean and the wider building includes a gym, spa and sauna for a bit of downtime, plus meeting rooms and business services for anyone travelling with work in mind. Staff are generally helpful, though service can vary in consistency from one stay to the next.

Oxford Street's shops, Hyde Park and Marble Arch are all close by, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby too, making it an easy base for exploring the West End. There's no on-site parking, so it suits those arriving without a car, and porter and concierge services are on hand to help with luggage and local know-how.

I don’t know why this hotel only gets a 7.8 rating. We found the hotel to be ideally situated as it was literally around the corner from the Marble Arch underground station, and close to good shopping in the area. The rooms were more than adequate. Not fancy, but the beds and pillows were comfortable, there was ample storage space, and the bathroom appeared to be recently renovated. The staff was outstanding particularly Nathaline, Shubham, Yash, Maroun, and Vivek. The bartender was also excellent with either conventional cocktails or specialty coffees. They took good care of us at check-in, at breakfast each morning with freshly prepared eggs, and with directions when needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived quite late and asked if we could see the rooms before booking, and the staff kindly showed us three different options. We chose one that was spacious, clean, and very quiet – really excellent overall. The next day, we noticed a small water issue in the toilet, which we reported. The staff responded immediately, offered us a new room without hesitation, and even helped us move our belongings – very efficient and professional. The room also included complimentary water, as well as coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The entire team, from reception to concierge, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located yet still calm and quiet. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was comfortable, convenient and very nice for a 4 night stay on holiday. We had 2 adults and 2 teenage kids and booked 2 rooms. Rooms were clean and had excellent air con which was a plus during the July heatwave. Sekander was especially friendly and helpful on our departure helping us with bags and transport to the airport.

I had arrived at the Double Tree after an 11hr flight and found such an excellent staff on site. They are nothing but gracious and provided such wonderful service to my entire family. Our room accommodates were spacious & super clean. The beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this establishment not only for the nice room but for the superb service that the staff provided from arrival till departure.
