We had a wonderful breakfast during our stay. There was a great variety of fresh and delicious food, with something for everyone. Everything was beautifully presented and regularly topped up, making it a lovely start to the day. A special thank you to Yin, Sai, and Labdhi for their warm hospitality and exceptional service. A special thank you to Jinisha at the front desk for her exceptional service. She was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. She also recommended some great restaurants nearby, which we really appreciated. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent—everything was convenient and easy to get to. Sai and Yin are both very attentive, professional and friendly. It’s always a pleasure to have breakfast when they are around. The concierge, the maintenance and the bar teams are also great and professional. The housekeeping team definitely needs to improve, the quality of the service what they “provide” is not even close to the name/ brand of the Hotel. Lack of consistency every time when they clean the room. Not to mention that some of them don’t know how to behave in public areas.
