About The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London
Breakfast and dining at The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London come with a view of the marina, and the on-site restaurant and bar are a good starting point for describing this all-suite hotel by the Thames. Food has been noted as a strong point, with room service, a mini bar and snack bar options for guests who'd rather stay in their suite.
All 158 rooms are suites, spread across eight floors, and are generally spacious and well kept, with several looking directly out over the marina. Every room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a mini bar, and family and accessible rooms are available. Staff are attentive and friendly for the most part, though a handful of visitors have found service inconsistent at times.
Facilities extend to a spa and sauna, a gym, an indoor swimming pool and a hot tub, plus meeting rooms and business services for those combining work with their stay. Concierge and valet parking are on hand, and the location near Imperial Wharf station puts King's Road and further stretches of London within easy reach, with pubs, bars and restaurants also nearby.
What guests say
A wonderful stay as always at the Chelsea harbour. The rooms are exceptional with brilliant facilities. The staff are so lovely. They always great you with a smile and are so attentive. Brilliant service all round especially from Fahad and Maria. They went out of there way to ensure our stay was perfect. I stay here a lot and it’s the same great standard every time. Could recommend more.

I have stayed at Chelsea Harbour Hotel many times (more than 10). It is down a quiet street off Kings Road. The hotel overlooks the Chelsea Harbour with very nice rooms. Most rooms are mini-suites with two separate rooms. I’ve stayed in their basic two room suites up to their Kings Suite, be certain to look at it for a special occasion. The hotel has valet parking, but there is also parking under the adjacent Design Centre for £50 per day. The Imperial Wharf overground rail is a 4 to 5 minute walk out the front of the hotel and around the Design Centre. For river based fun, try the Uber Boat/Thames Clipper which stops every 20 minutes on the pier at the hotel. The boat trip is a must for tourists and visitors to London. Finally you can catch the C3 bus along side the design center which will drop you at the Earls Court tube station. Alternatively you can walk to Kings Road and catch number 11 or 22 buses to the center. Finally be certain to visit the Lots Road Pub about 100 yards north of the hotel. I’ve been going there every trip for years. Good food, good beer, and a friendly crowd.

Very disappointed, we had booked in advance, two days before arrival we received an email offering an upgrade, for an additional fee. Included in the additional cost they gave an early check in and additional extras such as breakfast and a fruit bowl in the room. On arrival they took the payment for the upgrade then informed us there was no breakfast or fruit bowl included and no early check in! After 20 minutes at the desk this was corrected, however not an enjoyable start to the trip. Additional to this the hotel is dated, you pay for location and view. The room had cobwebs and a leaking shower head. We ordered drinks to room and called 3 times for a bottle opener, it never came! It needs a serious upgrade. I would not stay again. Breakfast was a very poor offering. I wish I had photos of the spa which had pealing paint and overflowing bins!

I have stayed at this place when it was running under different company and it was extremely joyful. however when I have stayed there last time, experience I have had absolutely mind blowing low class, unprofessional, unwelcome, no understanding, absolutely 0 I mean 0 customer service. when you make mistake , you must own that mistake. you must do all and make sure your guest is completely satisfied with staying at that hotel. but if operation runs by untrained ppl this is the result you will get. I was out all evening. I was back at my room after 1 AM. all I want was lay in bath after going through massive break up with my ex wife. it was completely soul destroying day. and bath tub was full of hair. room was like never been touched for days. as tips as I was, I have waited 45 mins someone to arrive. as I was going to check out at 8 am, night managers suggests , as I was with my towel on, change room at 2 am in the morning. I have like 6 hours to leave hotel and all I want was chilled a few hours and take out sadness & stress from my body by laying in bath. I just got rinse off and crushed on bed and left a few hours later. I have file a complaint to hotel manager which I couldn't reach him. their offer was upgrade on my room next booking. nothing else. I have started crossed contaminated room. as you will see on pics. hospitality requires %100 cleaning specially on hotel rooms. not a single hair can not be around. hotel needs better management, better personality, better HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER. IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO RUN HOTEL, I CAN TEACH YOU. SHAME ON YOU.
