About easyhotel Victoria

easyhotel Victoria is a five-floor budget hotel built for no-frills stays close to Victoria Station in central London. With 105 rooms in total, it's a straightforward, functional base rather than a place to linger, and the pared-back approach keeps prices accessible across a wide range depending on when you book.

Rooms are compact and en-suite, each fitted with air conditioning, and accessible rooms are available for those who need them. Some rooms are on the small side and a few show their age, so this suits guests who value location and price over space or polish. There's no parking on site, but free WiFi and 24-hour reception are standard, and staff are consistently described as helpful and friendly.

The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but pubs, bars and eateries are all close by, along with plenty of entertainment options given the central setting. Victoria Station itself is on the doorstep, making it an easy launchpad for exploring the rest of London.

Easy to get to from Heathrow airport with National Express to Victoria coach station and a short walk away. My daughter and I have 2 large suitcases and fit into the room fine. The room is compact, but very clean and has everything that we needed. The bed is super comfortable and surprisingly not feeling crowded. (We are both 175cm tall.) We stayed 3 nights there and encountered with many different staffs. They are all very friendly and helpful!!! The AC is nice and cool, but we also love the big window with fresh air! Lots of great restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay again when we come back to London.

Very rude, unprofessional customer service. Cancelled my booking without notification. I would not stay here again, not even for one day. From the moment we arrived, the lobby smelled like urine, and despite complaining to the front desk, nothing changed. The hotel charges for almost everything, including early baggage storage and housekeeping during a week-long stay, which made it feel like a scam. During my stay, my Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working. When I asked if it had been intentionally disconnected, the supervisor, Omar, rudely told me, “If you want to stay, stay. If not, leave.” I explained that, as a tourist who booked through a third-party website, I couldn’t just leave without Wi-Fi to find another hotel. Instead, my reservation was canceled without informing me. That is not how guests should be treated in the hospitality industry. The room was tiny, with only a bed and a very small table, no closet, and nowhere to store luggage. The photos on the website are misleading. Housekeeping never picked up our used towels even after telling us they would, and they remained outside our room for days. When I raised these concerns, the supervisor claimed no one else had ever complained. After paying $150, I expected basic cleanliness, working Wi-Fi, and respectful customer service. Instead, I experienced rude staff, excessive fees, poor cleanliness, and unprofessional service. Budget hotels may offer fewer amenities, but there is no excuse for treating guests this way.

Although on the 'compact' side the room was spotless, the bedding was really clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone, especially if you are just looking for a comfortable bed for a night or two, and as long as you are not claustrophobic. Like the room the bathroom was on the cramped side but functioned perfectly well. The room would be great for a solo traveler. It is the service and location that raises this hotel above other budget hotels, for the price point. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides a left luggage facility (for £5) which is cheaper than those around the station and definitely a lot cheaper than the station itself. Definitely would use again.

Location is amazing, few mins walk to Victoria station, walking to the theatre and local shops , hitesh was so kind and helpful, moved us to the ground floor, because of my health issues I had to climb 6 flights of stairs to our room. Rooms are extra small , barely room for 2 people to stand up in, and having a shower the curtain clings to u, I understand totally thats its a cheap budget hotel, no tea/ coffee in room. Extra charge by reception, overall not bad.
