Amazing value for money hotel just 10mins from Buckingham Palace and the prettiest park in London St James park. Rooms were recently modernized and I had a new room and perfect bathroom with shower. Breakfast is served every morning to 9am eggs cereal bread baked beans sausage tea coffee all available. Staff were super helpful at all times. There is also a free vending machine for teas coffee cold water. Amazing value for money stay !!

When we entered the receptionist they are very welcoming. We are family of four, with 4 big luggages, the room is so spacious with the city view, the bed are comfy. There’s alot of groceries/restaurant nearby. The breakfast is pretty good. Just only 15mins walk to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station 5mins walk. We checked out 10am and she let us to stay for longer in the lobby cause we are waiting for our rides. Highly recommended. We surely coming back again if we visit to London. We are from USA.

Less than 10 minute walk from Victoria coach station and 20 minutes walk from Buckingham Palace. Still undergoing renovation but very pleased with our particular room and spacious bathroom. Room was very clean,quiet and fine for a 2 night 'sightseers' stay. Breakfast was more than enough for us with eggs( ask how you like them cooked)sausage and baked beans. Helped ourselves to cereals,tea and coffee to start.VERY HELPFUL staff in the kitchen and on reception. Free drinks dispensing machine was a real bonus as no kettle etc.in the rooms. Overall a good budget hotel which will be fine when renovations are finished,especially staircarpets in general areas and flooring in the dining room. Linen was clean but would have liked a mattress and pillow covers.

The hotel is out dated the carpet is shabby, room is damp paint is peeling off the wall, couch in the reception area is tatty. Hotel is not even a 2 * if l could give it a 0* l would. Don’t waste your money and go there I paid £120 for the room and ended up in a dump. We were told to leave our keys whenever we were going out the hotel. When we ask why when we have got our stuff in the room we were told that no one would take our things but we may loose the key and if we did we would have to pay £5 to £10 we told them we would rather pay the money if we loose the key than leave it
