About Epsilon Hotel

Romford Road runs through this stretch of East London, close to Stratford and the Olympic Park, and it's here that the Epsilon Hotel makes its base. The area has plenty of buzz nearby, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries within easy reach, making it a practical spot for exploring this part of the city.

The hotel has 38 en-suite rooms, each with a lift to help with luggage, free WiFi throughout, and drinks available in the room. A bar on site gives guests somewhere to unwind, and breakfast is served each morning, generally regarded as one of the stronger points of a stay here. That said, some rooms can show their age and may be missing basic amenities, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly.

Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and the overall price point makes this a sensible choice for those wanting to be near Stratford without paying premium rates. There's no parking available at the property, so those arriving by car should plan ahead.

This is for sure value for money stay. Big enough and clean enough rooms, friendly staff, simple but value for money breakfast (goes separately). The payback is super nice location - close to stations, logistic and one of the biggest malls in Europe. No air conditions, only fans, but it is ok if the weather is not super hot which is the case for England / London. Good choice for not expensive stay for 1-4 nights.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. A special thank you to Simi who was incredibly kind and helpful. She went out of her way to provide milk for our daughter during check-in, which we really appreciated and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was also fantastic, with plenty of choice and delicious food. My wife especially enjoyed it, and everything was fresh and well presented. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location and wonderful service! The hotel is very close to the station and incredibly convenient for public transport. I stayed here with my daughter, and the owner was so kind—he kept our backpacks for free before check-in and was always genuinely helpful and smiling. The room and bathroom were a bit small but very clean. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here, perfect for westfield or london stadium. Beds were really comfy and bathroom was a good size. The only downside was no air con, but we did have a small fan The staff were all incredible though, nothing was to much hassle :)
