About Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square

Ten Trinity Square occupies a grand former administrative building overlooking Trinity Square, with the Tower of London and Tower Bridge just a short walk away. The Four Seasons Hotel London here holds 100 rooms and suites, many of them notably spacious and well soundproofed against the surrounding city, finished to a high standard and kept impeccably clean.

Facilities run to a restaurant, bar, spa and sauna, an indoor swimming pool and gym, plus meeting rooms and business services for those travelling with work in mind. Rooms come with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, room service and in-room drinks, and the hotel also offers family and accessible rooms, childcare, laundry and valet parking. Staff are consistently attentive and professional, and the afternoon tea and spa treatments are particular highlights, adding to the calm, unhurried feel of the place.

Beyond the hotel, the area is well stocked with pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, alongside the historic pull of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London on the doorstep. It suits guests wanting a central London base with a genuine sense of occasion, rather than a purely functional stopover.

We love a four seasons… a colleague had mentioned that this was her ritziest hotel experience in london and it was luxurious. We booked with Amex travel and delighted in an upgrade to the spacious cooper suite which had incredibly high ceilings and gorgeous craftsmanship. It was also absolutely soundproof and the blackout curtains rocked. We enjoyed a tasty chicken katsu sandwich for lunch and swanky cocktails at the bar one evening and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return. Felt like every staff member reached out to us to personally connect too!

For anyone looking for an outstanding afternoon tea in central London, the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge should be high on your list. From the moment you arrive, the friendly door staff set a warm and welcoming tone. Our host, Keiran, was excellent — friendly, attentive, and happy to talk us through the menu and how the afternoon tea would be served. He also handled a food allergy in our group with no fuss at all, which was greatly appreciated. The tea selection is impressive and comprehensive. We were especially pleased to learn that many teas can be served chilled over ice — a perfect option on a very hot day. The savoury course was superb. The standout was the white crab with potato terrine, but every item was beautifully prepared with clear attention to quality and detail. The sweet selection was equally strong. The scones with jam and clotted cream were excellent, but the Matcha Tiramisu (with fresh fruit filling and beautiful presentation) was a real highlight. The collaboration with Lily Vanilli clearly elevates this afternoon tea from good to exceptional. Overall, this is one of the best-value luxury afternoon teas in London when you consider the quality of the food, the excellent service, and the stunning setting. Being right next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London is an added bonus. Don’t hesitate — book it. You won’t regret it!

I wanted to say thank you and let Four Seasons know Quentin attended to us and made us feel so welcomed. My wife is recovering from a fractured ankle from 2 months ago and needed a place to have a light lunch to rest and have some refreshments. We had a nice salad and a non-alcoholic beer. Quentin made us feel as if we were staying at the hotel. I’d consider staying here during my next London visit simply because the quality of your service and attentiveness to your guests. Thank you, Quentin. I hope other guests gets to experience the service you bring to their table.

Returning to my absolute favourite sanctuary in London never disappoints, and this recent weekend at the Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge was nothing short of enchanting. After a sublime dinner, we craved that perfect finale: expertly crafted cocktails in one of the city’s most refined settings. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the legendary Four Seasons hospitality enveloped us. The doorman greeted us with genuine warmth and attentiveness, setting the tone for an evening of effortless luxury. The reception team, ever gracious and smiling, personally guided us toward the heart of the hotel—the breathtaking Rotunda Bar & Lounge. Nestled beneath the stunning art-deco domed ceiling, the space feels like a glamorous secret: soaring architecture bathed in soft, golden light, plush seating that invites you to linger, and an atmosphere that seamlessly blends sophisticated calm with quiet vibrancy. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, conversations deepen, and every detail whispers excellence. Our hostess was an absolute delight—warm, intuitive, and professional from the first hello. She guided us to the perfect table and, sensing our playful indecision, summoned the bartender whose knowledge and passion truly elevated the experience. He took the time to describe each cocktail with poetic precision: the balance of botanicals, the subtle interplay of rare spirits, and the creative twists inspired by London’s vibrant energy. We were spoiled for choice among the inventive signatures—think sophisticated blends featuring fig leaf soda, lychee martinis with fino sherry, or pistachio-laced delights that dance between sweet, tart, and herbal notes. One cocktail didn’t quite capture the exact harmony we envisioned, but the team responded with impeccable grace. The hostess immediately offered to remake it, ensuring it arrived perfectly tuned to the promised profile. That level of care turned a tiny moment into a memorable testament to true service. What truly charmed us were the thoughtful accompaniments: plump, briny olives and delicate, crisp crackers that arrived alongside the drinks. They struck the ideal balance—cutting through any sweetness or acidity with savoury elegance, turning each sip into a refined ritual. We closed the evening on the most civilised note: a soothing pot of fragrant tea paired with a rich, velvety Irish coffee that warmed the soul as the night deepened. Every element felt curated for pure indulgence. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hostess, the talented bartender, and every member of the team whose professionalism, attentiveness, and quiet enthusiasm made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cherished. The Rotunda Bar & Lounge isn’t merely a bar—it’s a destination where luxury feels personal and memories are effortlessly made. We can’t wait to return soon—this time to explore the full menu and savour the food we’ve heard so much about. If you’re seeking an evening of understated glamour in London, look no further. Rotunda at Four Seasons sets the gold standard. Highly, highly recommended. Five glittering stars. We’ll be back—again and again.
