I had a wonderful stay at Novotel London Tower Bridge. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety and quality of food. What truly made the experience special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Eva and Raikan at reception for their kindness, warm hospitality, and willingness to help whenever needed. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to London. 😊

Great service from the day and night reception staff. Catalina (or Catarina apologies can't remember exactly) was very helpful on the day of the checkout with getting a later check out time. Water refill stations were much appreciated especially with the heat wave. Room was a great size on level 5. Close to Tower Hill tube, pier and sights. Only downside is the poor air cooling system which was struggling so it was not nearly as cool as could be- hopefully this will be updated soon now that hot summers are becoming the norm.

perfect location right next to Tower Bridge and few underground stations, the hotel has a gym (which is great for someone sporty as me). Very clean and professional staff. Giovanni and Caterina at the reception were amazing, kind and nice. we would definitely come back!
