About Gloucester Place - Baker Street
Baker Street and Marylebone are just a short walk from Gloucester Place - Baker Street, putting guests within easy reach of restaurants, pubs and entertainment without needing to rely on transport. It's a practical base for exploring this part of central London on foot.
Rooms are simple and come with en-suite bathrooms, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. A kitchen is on site, and reception operates 24 hours a day, which suits guests arriving outside normal check-in times. Free WiFi is provided throughout.
Feedback on the property has been mixed, so it suits travellers who want a no-frills place to sleep in a well-connected location rather than a polished hotel experience. For anyone prioritising position over extras, the surrounding streets of Marylebone offer plenty to do within walking distance.

Absolutely terrible experience. The sofa bed wasn't made up, even though the booking was made for 3 people. When we opened the sofa bed in order to set it up by ourselves, it was in a terrible condition with both the front and back part bending over the floor, without any base or support over the edges, making it impossible for anyone to sleep on it, even less advertising it as a 3 people's room! We tried calling them multiple times on the number provided and also messaged them via booking without response. 2 days later and still zero communication from them! We're extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation. The room has also terribly noise insulation, you hear everything from outside! Please avoid!

To be honest this was actually ok, but they need to be more honest about the setup. We booked the studio with 2 singles, but it was actually a single with a trundle bed underneath. Not ideal, but we coped for one night. Issues: toilet is constantly running; light on cooker is WAY too bright; the security code to enter was challenging! We eruptions not choose to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here in Apartment 3 and cannot complain. At first I was concerned about the mixed reviews but we were positively surprised. There was one time the door lock malfunctioned but I called and the problem was fixed in less than a minute. I am happy to stay there again any time!

This was the worst accommodation I’ve stayed in. Lukewarm water, a barely functioning shower due to a disgustingly scaled shower head, confusing check-in with no clear communication. Only one toilet roll was provided for the 3 days stay, the mattress was very uncomfortable as it had springs that you could feel plus it had yellow stains, the interior was drab and very poorly maintained and finally the bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to move. Very surprised this place has good ratings - I strongly advise against booking it.
