About Hilton London Olympia
Step into one of the 405 rooms at Hilton London Olympia and you get the standard reassurances of a big city hotel: en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, room service and drinks on request, with family rooms available for those travelling with children. It's a practical base rather than a boutique surprise, and it's worth knowing that some rooms are dated and could do with sprucing up, so don't expect everything to feel fresh.
Where the hotel does well is downstairs. The breakfast buffet gets particular credit for its range of choices, and the staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which counts for a lot after a day of sightseeing. Beyond breakfast there's a restaurant and bar on site, plus a gym, meeting rooms and business facilities for those mixing work with a stay, and laundry, concierge and luggage storage to smooth over the practical stuff. Pets are welcome, and chargeable on-site parking is available for anyone driving in.
Set on Kensington High Street, the hotel puts guests within reach of Kensington Olympia, Holland Park and the shops and restaurants along the high street itself, with further pubs, bars and eateries nearby. It suits visitors who want a straightforward, well-connected West London base without expecting a luxury finish.

My family and I stayed in this hotel for one week and enjoyed our stay. As others have mentioned, the rooms are certainly older and you can see that. However, the staff was fantastic. We were celebrating my nephew's graduation and they went above and beyond to help make that special. Also, it's a great location because there are bus stops and a tube station extremely close. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it.

Perfect hotel in central London, especially if visiting the new British Airways ARC- a 10 min stroll from door to entrance. But it is also great for Kensington High Street and the Park We were very lucky to be put on the top floor. The view wasn't amazing as we were at the back, but that meant it was quiet. The room was big, it looked as though it had been refurbished and the bed was comfortable. The service star rating is not for the reception staff - gentlemen, please smile and look as though you are happy to meet the guests. But it is for the young lady who was working in the bar on Sunday night (I think her name began with an A) who was the loveliest person. Drinks prices are typical central London. Will we return? Definitely

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton London Olympia! The location is absolutely perfect for getting around London, and the price is incredibly reasonable—honestly, what else can you expect in the city for less than £100? It is amazing value. The absolute highlight of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Francesca, who gives the warmest "welcome back" on arrival and makes you feel instantly valued as a returning guest. The food and overall service were also great. The only minor detail is that the rooms are a little dated. However, they are exceptionally clean, which is what matters most. For the price you are paying, a slightly older room is 100% understandable and incredibly easy to accept given how great everything else is. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a friendly, budget-friendly, and convenient stay in London!

Family of three, stayed here on an overnight (Saturday) visit to London. Family room was a good size, clean and the beds were comfortable, however, the aircon didn't work and the outside temperature was hitting 29°C. When I reported the problem, staff did what they could but that was limited to some fans in the room which didn't really work as the room was completely unventilated with no openable windows. They also tried to compensate with free breakfast which was a good thing to do but ultimately we did not get a good nights sleep and were really tired the next day. It annoyed me that it seemed to be a known issue and no-one had called to at least see if we wanted to explore alternatives.
