The service was lovely and friendly, the staff are lovely and friendly and very welcoming. But the rooms seems so out dated and the landings and there is some funny rusty smell and noticed the bed had all dirt on it. When I got there because I like to check the room I stay in it didn’t look clean. The location is good. 😊

Lack of integrity and the lady at the receptionist was unfit for a front desk role. Attempted to check out a day early from the hotel due to a business ordeal, confirmed they would accept and refund me, then declined after I had left. The room was not up to standard as they had staples in the headboard, AC made a rattle noise, the bathroom contained spots of mold, and several other things. Would not recommend.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. Staff were exceptionally friendly and the room rates are very reasonable. It's convenient for Olympia or West Kensington tube station and a pleasant walk to Earls Court. We enjoyed it so much, we've booked back in next week. 👍

I have stayed at this hotel for four nights in room no. 3 on the ground floor. A windowless cubicle overlooking a wall. The air came from an opening above this fake window. I find it scandalous that this kind of guesthouse is rated 4 stars. There is no night porter, only a security guard. The bathroom had no window and a dirty, noisy air vent. A place to forget. I was also charged £50 for checking in two hours early and requesting a two-hour late checkout for my daughter who had a fever. Mrs Justina is really not cut out for dealing with the public, zero customer care.
