About Hilton London Paddington

A generous breakfast spread and an on-site bar and restaurant set the tone at Hilton London Paddington, where room service and drinks delivered to the room are also on offer for guests who'd rather not leave. The morning menu draws particular praise for its variety, giving a solid start before a day of sightseeing or meetings.

The hotel has 419 rooms spread across six floors, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and in-room drinks. Rooms are consistently described as spacious and comfortable, with some noting that the decor is a little dated rather than fresh. Practical extras include a gym, business services and meeting rooms, concierge and luggage storage, laundry service, and a lift to all floors. Pets are welcome, and chargeable parking is available nearby along with an electric vehicle charge point.

Its position beside Paddington Station makes onward travel straightforward, with Hyde Park and the West End within walking distance. Pubs, restaurants and other eateries sit nearby, and the surrounding streets suit both walking and cycling. It's a practical base for exploring central London without the need to rely on taxis.

I love everything about Paddington Hilton. It is the perfect place to stay in London. The rooms are spacious. The staff members are professional. The Hugo Spritz’s are delicious. The breakfast selections are numerous and tasty. Chef Cynthia from the kitchen makes the.best omelette. She does double and triple duty keeping the eggs and meats stocked and tidy, all while making very yummy omelettes to your selections. Aarogya in the bread bar keeps a very tidy and nice selection of breads and offered help with our other needs.

While this hotel is located in a great area for connectedness, it is embarrassing to consider this a 4 star hotel. This hotel is genuinely closer to a Motel than it is a Hilton. It is extremely outdated, dirty, and run down. It could use a total overhaul and renovation. Upon arrival, our sheets were dirty, towels were dirty and there was a literal croissant in our hair dryer bag. The rooms are disgusting, with dust and dirt caked everywhere. There are also no refrigerators in the rooms. While some of the staff at the front were kind and helpful, one in particular (Ludovek?) was extremely rude when I asked for help with our broken thermostat/AC unit. In the middle of a heatwave, I had to ask for the thermostat/AC to be repaired at least 4 times and it took 3 days and me standing at the reception for them to actually send someone to fix it. All they offered me when I complained was 5000 Hilton points - which is useless as I’ll probably never stay at another Hilton again. My family and I would have checked out and gone to another hotel if everything else wasn’t sold out. Highly DO NOT recommend unless you’re looking for a disgusting stay.

From the moment we checked in at Hilton London Paddington, we were treated exceptionally well. Then came the surprise upgrade… WOWZERZZZ! We were given an incredible suite with access to the full rooftop terrace, and it completely elevated our stay. The suite was spacious, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable. The executive lounge was another major highlight, offering complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour. It made the entire experience feel even more special and convenient. The location was perfect for exploring London, and the service throughout our stay was outstanding. For our first visit to England, we truly could not have asked for a better experience. We left even bigger Hilton fans than when we arrived. An unforgettable stay from beginning to end!

Always a great stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our signature rooms were beautiful and very clean. The lounge is a great meeting place for my family and the convenience of the location is great when we need to hop on the train to and from the airport.
