What guests say
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the location was great and just a bus stop away from Stratford station and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a very hot day so having a cool room was appreciated. The breakfast was good but it would have been even better if there was more variety.

This Holiday Inn is a solid, no-frills choice in Stratford. The hotel is basic as expected for the brand but very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The hot breakfast is genuinely good — nice crispy bacon, tasty sausages, scrambled eggs, baked beans, and tomatoes. However, after a few days the repetition becomes noticeable. Every morning it’s exactly the same selection (bacon, sausages, beans, scrambled eggs, baked tomatoes, a few breads, yogurt, and cereals), which gets a bit boring on longer stays. Overall, a reliable and convenient base for exploring London, especially if you’re only staying a couple of nights. Would return for a short trip. Recommended with that small caveat for extended stays.

Nice hotel, rooms clean staff helpful breakfast very good dining room gets very busy and it could do with more room between tables . Great location for Abba Voyage, just a 15-minute walk away. Tube station a 15-minute walk. Overall, it was a lovely hotel.

First I would like to say the staff are lovely, friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean, you know what you are getting and breakfast a bonus. However my toilet really had an unpleasant smell even though it looked clean. I didn't use it until bedtime so wasn't going to change my room that time of night, but it wasn't nice. The food, well, it was an experience. My friend ordered a starter and pizza, I ordered chicken breast with mash. The starter and pizza came, unfortunately the pizza had a long black hair in it, not something either of us had. The staff were lovely when we told them, they removed it and made another. I however waited for my meal, and waited. The new pizza came and was almost finished when they brought some fries out, as an apology for the hair, I asked if it was possible to have my chicken. It eventually came and the potato was the dried stuff out of a packet and the chicken was ok I had to leave soon after for a work call so because of the extended time I had to wait for a pretty disappointing meal, I also couldn't have the desert offered as apology either. So this is a mixed review. And the staff are lovely
