Fantastic Communication from host, Sian. A whatsapp with video detailsfor checkin was useful though we met her at arrival. Breakfast was well appointed witg friendly service and we wereinvited to fix our own the next day as we wanted early breakfast than the opening time. The Kennington Tube station is so close and convenient for commuting. Easy to get from Eaton to our room with all our luggage using the Tube. There are nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance and a 24x7 shop. Rooms were clean and comfortable with ironing table and iron at ourdisposal. Do not forget to use the garden! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Communication from our host. We never got to meet her as she was on vacation herself, but she kept close tabs on us with text and whatsapp. The staff house keeper and breakfast attendant was so friendly and helpful. The Kennington Tube station is feet from the property. Easy to get from Heathrow to our room with all our luggage using the Tube. There are 2 nice pubs/restaurants within walking distance (Red Lion and White Bear). Both excellent local hangout spots and great food. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. We will recommend to our friends. Thank you! Photo shows how close the Tube is (Don't worry, you don't hear it. It is deep underground)

We had a fantastic 4 night stay last weekend. Sian was extremely helpful and the location was perfect for our needs. The only reason I did not put 5 stars for the room was because we were road side, so it was quite noisy, but the room was perfect in every other way. Thank you.

This is a great B&B in a super location. We stay frequently when we're working in London. The cleaning is great, the rooms have good space in them and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is always plentiful and importantly the coffee is good! The owners are lovely. Helpful and thoughtful and always happy to help with knowing which bus to get for where you're going! There's a garden at the back too so you can sit out in the summer. Perfect!
