Lancaster Hall Hotel

I stayed at the hotel for nine days, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Although the room is not very spacious, it was comfortable and perfectly adequate for my stay. The bathroom was always cleaned whenever we requested housekeeping, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of options, and everything was delicious. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, as well as being just a short walk from Kensington Gardens. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my family and me feel so welcome!

In short: friendly staff, spotless room, great location, very good breakfast. Lancaster Hall Hotel is placed in a charming neighborhood, a perfect location close to the Lancaster Gate or Paddington Station and Hyde Park is just a minute away. The area is really quiet so you can relax after visiting London. Liliana at the reception made us feel welcomed while we stayed there and all the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only observation I have is about the two separate faucets for cold and warm water on the sink which makes it a bit tricky to combine. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, perfect start for the day. We will definitely com back.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during the last week of May. The room was clean, small but adequate for our needs. It had a wardrobe, bedside tables, drawers, clothes hangers, a hairdryer, and most importantly, an air conditioner that worked well. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. The only downside was that the bed was quite small, although it was comfortable. Overall, this is a hotel I would happily stay at again.

The hotel is good. Rooms are not very big but decent if you have little luggage. The big plus here is the lack of noise. Location is also not bad. I am not sure the staff is very polite - they are a bit on the defensive if you try to make a constructive critic. Like the fact they want you to pay for luggage storage. So we kindly made a comment that most hotels offer this for free, as you were their paying guest. They did not appreciate it. Well...you are in a service business, working with people, so there always will be opinions. Maybe next time just try and except it as such, no one needs the passive aggressive attitude ;)
