About Lost Property St Pauls London Curio Collection By Hilton
Lost Property St Pauls London Curio Collection By Hilton occupies a nine-storey building on Ludgate Hill, in the heart of the City of London. With 145 rooms, it has the scale of a proper city hotel while keeping a boutique feel, and its position puts St Paul's Cathedral within a short walk and Blackfriars Station only a few minutes further.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, along with drinks in the room and room service for those who'd rather not go out. Accessible rooms are available, and there's a lift serving all floors. Breakfast is a particular strength, with a varied spread including items made to order, and the on-site restaurant and bar cover other meals, with packed lunches and kids' meals also on offer. A gym is available on site, and laundry and luggage storage are on hand for longer stays or awkward travel days.
Staff are attentive and the atmosphere is welcoming, which helps given there's no parking at the property, so arriving by public transport is the practical option. Beyond the hotel, the surrounding streets offer plenty of pubs, restaurants and other eateries, making it an easy base for exploring the City on foot.

Stayed here for a week for vacay as a gold member. Wouldn’t recommend - hotel rooms are small as expected but didn’t expect the toilet to be small for me - a petite! Can’t properly sit or stand to use the toilet. Why build it into a corner so awkward? Also, you may get a room with a frosted glass - so you can’t look outside - makes one stir crazy to not look be able to look outside. I’ve read that shorter stays get better rooms so it appears profit over people is the aim here. Also it’s about a 15 min walk from the Elizabeth line coming from the airport. But the staff were extremely kind and rooms clean. AC works well here and their buffet breakfast is great.any healthy options. My kid loved their diy pancake machine. Won’t stay here though due to the poor layout of the rooms and the fact that the hotel wasn’t close to many tourist sights except Tower Bridge - few stops away on the bus.

Small but perfectly formed. We had a wonderful stay for one night at Lost Property. The King Junior Suite was a wonderful room, with a huge bathroom and superbly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Decor of the hotel is excellent, as are most in the Curio collection. Location is the winner, being a stone throw from St Paul’s and really easy to access. All the members of the team were friendly and helpful and I would 100% stay here again.

Reception Staff Need Better Manners and Customer Service I recently stayed at The Lost Property St Paul’s and, overall, I think this could be an excellent hotel. The restaurant staff were wonderful and the male staff at reception were also brilliant, friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with some of the female reception staff was disappointing. In particular, there was a younger woman with long dark hair whose manner came across as cold and dismissive. On several occasions, approaching the reception desk felt as though guests were inconveniencing her rather than being welcomed. Simple courtesies such as “good morning”, “good afternoon”, “please”, and “thank you” were noticeably absent. I am someone who is accustomed to high standards of service, and I was genuinely surprised by this. I also observed similar interactions with other guests, so it did not feel like an isolated incident. As a woman and someone who generally believes strongly in supporting other women, I take no pleasure in making this observation. However, the contrast between the service provided by some of the female reception staff and that provided by the male staff was striking. This issue made my stay more frustrating than it should have been. Good manners and a warm welcome are fundamental parts of hospitality, particularly in a hotel of this standard. Lost Property St Paul’s has the potential to be outstanding, but the reception experience needs attention and staff should be reminded that courtesy and professionalism make a significant difference to guests.
