About Marriott London Marble Arch

Step into a room at Marriott London Marble Arch and space is the first thing you'll notice, with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, drinks on hand and the usual comforts of a well-appointed city hotel. Family rooms and accessible rooms are available across the hotel's twelve floors, and free WiFi and room service come as standard. That said, some rooms show their age, so don't expect everything to be pristine.

Downstairs there's a restaurant and bar, outdoor seating, and a breakfast spread that guests consistently rate as one of the highlights of a stay. A gym, concierge services, meeting rooms and business facilities round out the practical side, while laundry service and valet parking (chargeable) take care of the rest. Staff are frequently described as attentive and quick to help, which makes settling in straightforward.

The address on George Street puts Hyde Park, Oxford Street and Marylebone all within easy walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, pubs and entertainment nearby and good public transport links for exploring further afield. It's a solid base for a London stay, central enough that you'll spend more time out and about than waiting for a taxi.

Fantastic visit for us! Was in town to attend a concert at Hyde Park so it was perfect! Walked to and from park with no issues. Hotel lobby under construction, didn’t affect us one bit. The staff was so friendly and helpful! LOVED the buffet options for morning and evening as well as some menu options. Again, the staff was so nice! Our room had no issues, AC worked just fine (heat wave was in effect on our visit). The neighborhood had all the options for coffee, gelato, shopping just down the street near marble arch and tube locations. Some elevator issues as we left but some patience and you’ll be fine. I’m sure it was just temporary from the construction. Absolutely will be back!

I stayed here in JUNE 2026! During my stay this hotel was under construction, No lobby, No Gym. Main entrance was closed and used side entrance from restaurant/breakfast area. So my review reflect on the experience I had. Staff were helpful and gave a good room. But spending this amount on a Marriott and getting No Pool, Spa, Gym, No Lobby Area! Just room and restaurant. So it felt that this is not worth it, BUT Location was perfect and I’ll definitely visit back after renovation & if stay is better I’ll update review

Upon arrival at the London Marriott Hotel in Marble Arch we realized it was under deep renovations and were not told of this. Their entire staff is actually operating from their restaurant named ‘The Pickled Hen’. Everyone who works here makes everyone feel better and happy to accommodate everyone who stays here. The room was wonderfully appointed and the bedding was wonderful. I am excited to see their new lobby later in the summer 2026 and happy this staff will be there to welcome us back! We loved our stay!

The only good thing about this hotel was its location. The service was horrible, when we were about to check out we had to go down down for them to get our luggage, we called them multiple times prior but they never responded. When we first came here, we had to wait almost an hour for them to ready our second room, and the ac wasn’t working so that led up to more waiting when it was our first day and it was naturally already so exhausting. The day after, they cleaned our room and got rid of the portable ac they put themselves because the ac wasn’t working. We brought portable bidets from our country and put them in the toilet and they just simply took it from our bathroom and told us we can’t have it back until we check out. We have a 7 year old kid and we needed to get her a mattress but they said it’s prohibited, if you have kids, save your money and time, and don’t even bother coming here. This place was a waste of money. I’m sure there’s better hotels in London, and sadly our pick was not great. Do not make the same mistake we did.
