A charming little hotel in a perfect position. Lovely Tariq was on reception and he was very kind and helpful. The room was extremely clean, as were the sheets and towels. Excellent shower, washbasin and toilet. Very comfortable double bed, hanging space and some shelves. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and appreciated the 24 hour service at front desk. I even found a place to park my car directly in front of the hotel. Plenty of places nearby for food and drinks.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially considering the price. The location is excellent: right in the middle of everything. It’s next to Hyde Park and just a step away from Mayfair, Marylebone, Soho, and even Westminster, so you can easily walk to many of the main attractions. Moreover, Marble Arch has many bus stops and the metro station. There are also plenty of cafés, pubs, and shops nearby, plus a Tesco Express just around the corner, which is very convenient. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the private bathroom was spotless. Soap and toilet paper were always provided, and towels were changed daily, which I really appreciated. I also had a lovely street view. There was a TV and internet available, although I didn’t use them during my stay. A nice touch was the daily replenishment of coffee, tea, and milk in the room, along with a kettle to boil water, perfect for the first drink in the morning. The staff were very kind and helpful. I had booked the room with shared bathrooms but requested an upgrade to the twin room with private bathroom for an additional fee, and it was absolutely worth it. For me, it is important to have my freedom when taking showers, so I opted for the ensuite rooms. Overall, for the price, this hotel is excellent value. Please, dont expect a 4 star hotel but for 2 stars it is really good. I felt very well taken care of, and the 24-hour reception made everything even more comfortable, as you can come and go at any time without worrying. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a three night stay, with no complaints! It is a budget-friendly option that is also within walking distance of all kinds of restaurants and, shopping as well as transportation. I've seen other reviews complain about the rooms being hot. We were there during a heat wave, four people in a large family room. As expected for an older building there was no A/C, but the presence of two built-in fans and ability to open windows to help with airflow helped a lot. It was warm at night, but not so hot to prevent sleep or anything.

Upon arrival I was very surprised by the small size of the room. It was as simple as it gets, and sharing it with a mate was tight 😅. But it was enough, we had a bed and place for our belongings, a very well maintained shared bathroom as well. Service was very good with kind people. It's a rich and calm area, this is the better part of London. Had an absolute amazing weekend and wouldn't change a thing! Will surely return
