The hotel was in an amazing location . 10-15 mins to Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus. But the reason why I am not giving 5 stars is because the services were not upto the standard . Me and my mom had knee problems and they assigned us the top floor room and no lift. They said we will get you a lower floor room and that's it then no response. This place doesnt have a reception ,so I rang the doorbell to call someone . They gave me a number that doesn't work and ask to WhatsApp it . No luck , when I came down to ring the doorbell they removed the bell 😕.

The room was advertised as having a private bathroom (see photo of listing below). But the listing did not state that I would need to leave my room and cross a public communal hallway to access it. This was misleading, inconvenient, and lacked privacy. See the video below. When I arrived, I pointed this out to staff and I asked to change rooms. I was told this was impossible. Additionally, I encountered a cockroach in the hallway between my room and the bathroom, which raised serious hygiene concerns. I attach evidence. I complained to the hotel and they've not issued any refund for their falsely advertised room, nor have they changed their listing.

Detials before vizit felt sketchy and unable to speak to confirm detials prior to the day.Not helpful that all contact details on Expedia were incorrect. Eventually found someone after searching for hours. The room was in the basement so no views, woken by very loud pigeons at 6.30am. Bathroom is very compact but functional. It was okay for one night but used my expedia points to pay for most of it as I wouldnt pay full price for one night there. Good location as was able to walk to and from the event I was attending.
