As other guests have stated, this is ideally placed for both Westfield Stratford or Abba Voyage, the former a 5 minute walk, the latter either a 20 minute walk, or one stop on the DLR. Check in at the bar which doubles as reception. I found all staff friendly and courteous. I did have concerns about the noise, based on other reviews however I had room 308 which was on an inner quadrant, which was exceptionally quiet. Nice to see decaff tea being provided in the rooms too. Given the UK was experiencing a heatwave at the time of my stay, the air con system was perfect - it kept the room a cool 19 degrees throughout and I could barely hear it operating. Breakfast was a busy affair, but, there is plenty of seating and masses of choice. I saw the cooked food being topped up regularly. The bacon and sausages were also actually cooked well (as opposed to looking like they'd just been shown the grill - and who wants a pink floppy sausage, bacon that has the consistency of a flip flop?!). Added bonus was being able to extend check out time (I assume this is subject to demand) at 10 pounds per hour up to a max of four hours. I was delighted when I was given the first hour as complimentary - not expected, but welcomed all the same. I'd have no issues staying here again as long as I had a room on the inner side.

We stayed here as part of a bundle package for the ABBA Voyage show as it's very nearby. The location is also good as it's right beside Westfield shopping centre and Stratford station. The bar and reception area has a good vibe and is also a nice place to have breakfast. The staff are friendly and efficient (we had to change from a twin to a double room). The rooms are not massive but have been really well thought out. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The shower was warm and powerful, and, when you get up in the middle of the night, motion-sensitive lights show you the way.

Perfect for Abba Voyage. 2 minute walk from Stratford Railway Station which is set in the Westfield Shooping Centre which is huge and good for some retail therapy. The DLR train is one stop (2 minute journey from Abba Voyage). Lovely hotel. Staff nice and friendly. Will definitely use again in the future!

Good hotel. Convenient location (train station, mall). Rooms on the train side are a bit loud but we were tired so had a good night sleep. Staff is lovely and helpful. Breakfast is excellent-lots of choice.
