I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a great experience overall. Every single member of staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. My only unfortunate personal experience was that my room was in the basement, so there was no view. However, this did not take away from the excellent service and hospitality provided by the staff. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

A very comfortable, quiet room. The hotel has a very calm atmosphere. It is clean and the bathroom was very good. Perfectly placed for Paddington Station and the underground. All in all, a very good place to stay.

Decent value for the location. Basic room but comfortable. No lift though and I was on the 4th floor. Aircon worked, bed quite comfy and bathroom fairly modern. However, there was a stench coming from the bathroom that smelt like raw sewage.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel and felt very welcome throughout my visit. The staff at both the reception and during breakfast were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. I really liked that it was not a traditional buffet. Instead, guests could choose from a selection of dishes, which were then freshly and individually prepared. This made the breakfast feel much more relaxed and of a higher quality. Thank you for your excellent hospitality. I would be happy to stay at your hotel again and will gladly recommend it to others.
