About Tudor Court Hotel
Norfolk Square sits just a short stroll from Paddington Station, making it a handy corner of London for anyone arriving by train or heading out to Hyde Park. The Tudor Court Hotel occupies one of the garden square's period buildings, offering 38 rooms in a spot that keeps you close to the action without the price tag of central hotels.
Rooms are kept clean and comfortable, though some are on the compact side compared with what photos might suggest, so it's worth bearing that in mind when booking. Breakfast is served on-site, and the staff have a reputation for being helpful and easy to deal with. Free WiFi is available throughout, and there's a garden for a quieter moment away from the square. Free on-site parking is a genuine bonus in an area where that's hard to come by.
Pubs, restaurants and other eateries are all within easy reach nearby, along with entertainment options for evenings out. Do note that trains passing near Paddington can be audible from some rooms, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter position when booking.
What guests say
Let me start by saying the staff is amazing!! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Very small room as expected, but in real life smaller than on the pictures on Booking. Booked a "superior 1p room" but not sure what's different from a basic 1p room? I'm sure this was the smallest one available. One advice for visitors: I'm 1,70m (5'7) and the bathroom required some -let's say- body flexibility ;) So really consider to book a larger room if you're tall. Room was clean and bed was comfy. I was on the 2nd floor which was fine by stairs but I do want to mention there's no elevator. The location is amazing, literally around the corner from Paddington station, a 2 minute walk. Lively area, felt safe too. And again, the staff gave me the warmest welcome possible.

The highlights were definitely the helpful hotel staff and the location, just meters from Paddington Station. Considering the area, the price is very reasonable. The rooms are quite small, but the bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was impeccable. They have rooms with air conditioning, but they don't list them on booking websites, not even on their own official website. They charge £10 per day for the A/C, which I gladly paid because I really suffer in the heat. However, I don't think it's right to keep this unlisted. It's not just about being able to guarantee an air-conditioned room beforehand, but also because these extra charges should be made transparent in advance.

Our experience was very good overall. Paddington is a great area to stay. Room was clean and all staffs are very helpful and friendly. Only cons might be extra charge of a/c but we have sorted thanks to our practical mind 😁

Hotel is located in a very convenient place, close to paddington station with lots of food places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Particularly Mehdi, Harneet and Sandeep. With staff on reception 24hrs. I was on the 4th floor, without a lift so not ideal for those of limited mobility. The corridor decor is really dated but the rooms were great. Very clean and newly furbed. It is small but has everything needed including safe, tv and tea and coffee. For a budget hotel, I would say its a good deal. The downside for me was taking a shower at 5.30am, there was no hot water despite running for 5minutes. I tried later at 8am and it was hot right away so maybe just a boiler issue that wouldve solved running the water longer
