About Norfolk Towers Paddington Hotel
A generous breakfast with plenty of choice is one of the strong points at Norfolk Towers Paddington Hotel, and there's a bar and restaurant on site for guests who'd rather not venture out after a day of sightseeing. The hotel sits on Norfolk Place, close to Paddington Station and within easy reach of Hyde Park, making it a practical base for exploring central London.
The hotel has 87 rooms, kept clean and comfortable, though some are on the smaller side, so it suits guests who don't need a lot of space. Facilities include air conditioning, free WiFi, a lift, a garden, and free on-site parking, along with meeting rooms and a wedding venue for those planning events. Concierge services and luggage storage are also available, and airport transfers can be arranged.
Beyond breakfast and the bar, there are further restaurants, pubs and entertainment options within walking distance. Service has occasionally been described as inconsistent, so it's worth setting expectations accordingly, but the location and food offering make this a solid choice for a Paddington stay.

What guests say
This is just a 3* boutique hotel, rather than 4* as rated. Location : perfect, just a short few min. walk from Paddington Station and is mostly flat. There are also some restaurants & eateries nearby, which is convenient. Hotel : small, and the walkways to the rooms are very narrow. I was given a basement room, but they changed to upper level for me upon request on the next day (as though they had anticipated that). There is a restaurant onsite, but other than that, there is no other facilities. Rooms : some are right in front of lift (which is very old school, slow and small) and rooms are not sound proof. Sounds from corridor can be heard quite clearly from rooms. One positive point is that rooms are faced away from traffic, so at least there is no traffic noise. I got an executive double room which cost approx. £600, which is not worth the $$. Would be good be hotel can provide complimentary bottled water & room slippers.

I stayed at the hotel and decided to have breakfast there, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my stay. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and with plenty of options to choose from. Every item I tried was prepared to a high standard, and the overall dining experience exceeded my expectations. What made the breakfast even more memorable was the outstanding service. A wonderful Nepali lady, whose name I believe was Kritika (as I noticed on her name badge), provided exceptional hospitality throughout my visit. She was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every guest. Her welcoming smile and positive attitude created a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Kritika went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, regularly checking that guests were happy and making everyone feel valued. Excellent customer service like hers is rare and deserves special recognition. I would highly recommend this hotel’s breakfast to anyone staying here. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and the kindness and professionalism shown by Kritika made for a truly outstanding experience. Thank you for making my morning so enjoyable—I look forward to returning in the future.

The room: we booked a twin bed room. The room itself was pretty fine, maybe not enough place to put your clothes and luggage with two people. To get to our room, we had to go through a door, pass a back alley way and back into another portion of the hotel. Strange but not a Deal breaker to me. Service: Housekeeping was very good. change of towels and bottles of shampoo ect.... every day! (off course unless you mention you wanted to skip. Also, we came in too early to check in, but they could store our bags so we could go see the surrounding area already. Location.: Can't have it better, it's 5 minutes from paddington station which is a connection to the subway, in other words, you can get around the entire city from there. There is also a hop on hop off closeby. conclusion, considering how expensive hotels are in London in the downtown area, this is a good price/quality wise hotel.

Great location, safe neighborhood near Paddington Station with all amenities within 10 minutes walk. Lots of nice bistros with reasonable price. Clean boutique hotel with small size room. Main building should be a bit quieter than the new wing. Breakfast was reasonable good even though we have it four mornings in a row. Their receptionists were friendly and accommodating especially with a young gentleman named MOIZ. Merci! 謝謝!
