Me and my family stayed lastly for a week. It’s just the perfect location, by walk you can reach every main spot of the city and very close to Victoria station. The hotel and the room are simply perfect. The staff at the reception and the breakfast team are the best. Tozi restaurant, best Italian food in town. Thank you very much, we truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is great! We arrived the morning of our check in day and they were able to check us in immediately! Which we are very thankful for. The room is nice, good lotion and soaps in the bathroom, automatic curtains and switches for lights right beside the bed. In the morning, there is a hot beverage machine in the lobby which was great to grab on the go. At night, they only let people in who have a key so it was safe. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is always my go to when visiting London. I have been a loyal user of the hotel for over 8 years now. The communal areas in the hotel are well presented and modern, however this can't be said for the rooms themselves. They feel old and well used and in need of a refurb. I do get a decent night's sleep and the room usually is clean however, but the premium price matches the great area and not the quality of the room fittings - which is a shame. I visit this hotel and stay loyal to it for the exceptional service, great breakfast and sublime location. I also appreciate the small gym and onsite parking in the hotel, both free to use for residents. I'm not sure if there is an executive suit anymore but when there was it was excellent, so it's something I would like to see to return. Overall - great location and great staff, rooms feel slightly tired and old.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We stayed here during a visit to London and came away feeling a bit underwhelmed. The hotel looks modern, but some of the practical details made the stay less enjoyable than expected. We specifically booked a room with two beds, but when we arrived, the beds were literally about an inch apart. We ended up rearranging the room ourselves just to make it functional. Check-in was also frustrating. We were initially assigned the wrong room and then faced a longer wait than expected to get everything sorted out. Another challenge was the technology. Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t need a touch panel to turn on a bathroom light. Sometimes a simple switch is better. The room felt overly complicated when all we wanted was something straightforward after a long day of sightseeing. The location is decent, and the hotel is clean enough, but nothing about the experience really stood out in a positive way. I kept hoping it would get better, but overall it was just average. There are a lot of hotel options in London, and next time I’d probably look elsewhere.
