Room was small and simple, to the point of being spartan: No drawers, no wardrobe. It was updated with multiple built-in charging ports, which was great, and the bathroom was updated, if also small, with a decent shower, but again, no storage. The main thing this property has going for it is price and location. Buckingham Palace is an easy walk, as are theaters, pubs, and restaurants. London hotel prices are obscene, but The Eaton Townhouse is reasonable, if simple. Note: There are no lifts in the building, with access to upper floors via a narrow spiral staircase.

Loved our stay at The Eaton Townhouse, the room was lovely and they decorated the room with balloons and birthday card & chocolates for my sisters 30th birthday! Which was a lovely surprise! Great location right by Apollo Victoria Theatre and London Victoria Station x would definitely stay here again, thanks so much 🥰

Rooms are small but clean. A little noisy, but nothing I couldn't sleep through. People complaining about the distance where you collect the key, it is literally 0.2 mile, 5 minutes walk! It's an ideal spot close to public transport and would suit a 1-2 night stay.
