About citizenM London Victoria Station

A relaxed restaurant and bar sits at the heart of citizenM London Victoria Station, serving breakfast alongside drinks and food throughout the day in a laid-back, contemporary space that doubles as a lounge for working or unwinding. It's the kind of setting where guests can linger over a coffee or settle in with a drink in the evening, rather than a hotel you simply pass through.

The rooms themselves are compact but well equipped, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, drinks available in-room, and free WiFi, with accessible rooms also available. Practical extras include a lift, luggage storage, laundry service and business facilities, making the hotel as suited to a short business stop as a weekend visit.

The hotel sits on Vauxhall Bridge Road in London, within easy reach of nearby pubs, bars, restaurants and other eateries, as well as entertainment options close by. There's no parking available on site, so it suits guests arriving on foot, by taxi or using public transport.

I love my stay at this hotel. The quirky side of the decor. The easy almost self check in but with a friendly human ready to intervene. But the whole technology side of the room is a blessing. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing shower pressure. The whole mood set of the lightings and music. The room is a bit small but very well managed. The locker under the bed. I am really in aww. The whole citizen M feeling nd writing on everything. The location to the tube and everything is walkable as well. I would definitely stay again here. I highly recommend reading the school of life short books in the room.

I really liked this hotel. They keep this place very clean and the staff is so friendly. Kenny, Ina, and everyone were so helpful and kind. I also appreciated the good water pressure in the shower and the air conditioning on a hot day. This is now my go to place to stay in London. Enjoy!

Check in was self service but someone did appear half way through to assist if needed. Was pretty easy so wasn't necessary. Breakfast seems very expensive- £20.50 pp!! Better be good at that price! Great location, just 5 mins walk from Victoria Underground station. Rooms are small but have all you need, apart from tea/coffee facilities. Ideal for solo travellers, not sure there's enough room for 2.... maybe that's just me! Love the high tech controls.

Great location. Nice and helpful staff. This would work for someone younger or a business traveler who is traveling alone. We read that the rooms were small, but we've been on many cruises and weren't worried. "Tiny" is a more accurate description. Because we were on a month-long trip including hot and cooler climates and ending with a cruise with required formal wear, we had a good bit of luggage. There wasn't room for that at all! Still, the bed was comfy and we were in walking distance of so many places, we made the most of it.
