What guests say
I had a great stay at Premier Inn London City (Tower Hill). The location is excellent, just a short walk from Tower Bridge, the Tower of London, and the Tower Hill Underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to London.

Staff were amazing, very friendly but professional. My room was immaculate and very well priced. Easy to access most attractions near Tower Bridge, I walked to the London Eye along the Thames and caught a Uber boat back. What a lovely walk and so many things to see. This Aussie was Impressed. 😀😀😀

Excellent spot and place to bring your family while visiting London. The immediate area around the hotel feels very business-like and safe but you just walk a few blocks and you're standing on one side of the Thames and at the foot of the Tower Bridge. You cross that bridge and it's all there. I highly recommend waking to The Burough Market for lunch (closed on Mondays). It's a bit of a walk, but the selection of food and the location, is so worth it. The lines go fast. Back to the hotel, of you have kids, the buffet breakfast, in the downstairs restaurant, not the upstairs one, is so worth it for the price. One kid per adult eats free. For that alone, it's with it because the selection is really good too. The only thing that I wish it had was a safe in the room. Other than that, we will definitely be back.

Absolutely shocking service, booked interconnected family rooms after premier inn advised us that this hotel could accommodate this request only to find after we arrived that they don't have interconnected rooms available, these rooms were booked 6 months in advance. After a lengthy 30min investigation into out complaint they just apologised and said they would pass this on to the relevant people. Absolutely shocking customer service and will never stay at a premier inn again.
