Overall, Rockwell East was a great place to stay in central London. The location was great, being only 15 mins walk from Tower Bridge, and the accommodation itself was modern, clean and closely matched the description and photos. Unfortunately, we noticed some bed bugs in our room, but as soon as we reported this to staff, they were able to allocate us another room later on that day. We really appreciated their proactiveness and how seriously they took the situation. So other than this, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Rockwell East.

I was worried about staying here because of the reviews ... I stayed for one night .. the room was clean, big and comfortable. The noise of the tracks weren't a dproblem - around 5am I could hear them - but it's just like white noise ( I guess it depends what you are used to and if you are a light sleeper) .. the only disappointment was the breakfast - it was chaotic with no designated area for queuing, the milk was hidden in a teapot 🫖 (?), not enough places to sit. The food was mediocre.. the coffee was good...if I had more time I would have skipped breakfast at the hotel and gone out somewhere else.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is convenient, and the rooms are cosy and well maintained. We would like to thank Ms. Regent and Mr. Tee for their professionalism and attentive service. Their assistance with any matters during our stay was greatly appreciated.
