About Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street
For anyone planning a few days built around shopping, sightseeing or business meetings in the West End, Radisson Blu Hotel London Bond Street offers a straightforward base right off Oxford Street, close to Bond Street station. With 149 rooms across eight floors, it works equally well for a quick city break or a longer stay where easy access to shops and transport matters more than a quiet retreat.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, drinks and room service, and there are accessible rooms available. Many have been recently refreshed, and guests consistently note they feel clean and comfortable, though air conditioning has occasionally been reported as unreliable. A restaurant, bar and snack bar cover meals on site, with breakfast singled out as a particular strength thanks to attentive staff, even if service elsewhere can be a little inconsistent.
Beyond the hotel, Oxford Street's shops are on the doorstep, and the surrounding area has plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby. There's no parking at the property, so this suits visitors arriving by train or tube rather than by car. Concierge, luggage storage, laundry service and business facilities round out a stay geared towards convenience over frills.
What guests say
The radisson day and night staff is so hospitable and so warm, they always make us feel at home and give the best service. Ammad (the reception manager) has helped us have the warmest and smoothest stay. We always re-book the hotel because he provides exceptional advice, insuring our comfort, and service. Also, Khaled, Naomi, jerian are so helpful from the day team, always assisting to the bestest of their capabilities, with all that we need. From the night team, Badar, Arun and Qasim always help us book cabs and take care of anything we require. Being The VIP members of radisson, we have always had the bestest and most memorable stays because of the team members name mentioned above, be it the reception or the kitchen. Because of the great hospitality, i always re-book the hotel on my trips to London and would recommend to definitely choose the hotel for the best location and service.

This newly refurbished hotel is literally upstairs from the Disney Store on Oxford Street. Separate entrance of course! The location is perfect for Oxford St, Hyde Park, Marylebone etc. Seconds from Bond St Station. The only downside is you're almost too close to the shops so its easy to get tempted! Staff were great, decor very clean and modern. Room smallish but enough, very well laid out. Lovely deep bath, probably the best water pressure of any shower I've had. We were here for BST and shopping - ideal😃 I cannot recommend this more highly. Book it, its perfect

We had a great stay. The location is excellent just by Oxford street. We were upgraded on check in, so it was a nice surprise. They also were flexible on the checkout. Friendly and professional staff especially Ammad and Naomi.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a Superior Room but was given a Standard Room instead. The room smelled terrible, the shower towel had makeup stains, and the glasses had makeup and coffee residue 🤢. The room was not cleaned for several nights, and we received no apology or explanation. We were also charged an extra fee for checking out at 2:00 PM. Extremely poor service and cleanliness. Definitely not recommended.
