About The Bank Hotel

Rooms at The Bank Hotel come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks provided, along with family rooms for those travelling in a group. Beds are comfortable and the overall feel is quiet, making it a straightforward option for a short stay in East London. That said, some rooms show signs of wear and can be missing basic amenities, so this is a budget stay rather than a polished one.

The hotel sits near Stratford and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, with a pub, bar and various restaurants nearby for evenings out. Staff are noted as friendly, which helps smooth over the more tired edges of the building. Free WiFi and luggage storage are available, and airport transfers can be arranged, though there is no parking on site.

It suits guests who want an affordable base within reach of Olympic Park attractions and Stratford's shops and transport links, rather than those seeking a high-end finish.

Very basic room, not kettle or facilities, i was told there was a kitchen on level 1 but would need to supply my own things. If you just need a bed for the night it's OK. Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean, no wardrobe, just a hanging rail with 2 coat hangers. Would not recommend for a long stay. I only stayed 1 night as I was attending a christening.

Very shady staff. They don't communicate between themselves. I paid mehdi (reception) extra in terms of couple of hours extra. I was told one thing and then another. Furthermore morning time being disturbed multiple times. To top it all an idiot called Hasif started to get rude to my wife' in front of me!!!! How dare he..... hence that's the reason we decided not to stay as we had not committed . after looking at your staffs(Mr.Hassif) behaviour we changed our minds, at least train your staff to talk respectfully to people.you are really ruining your business by employing such people at your organisation. Very poor service.

Either they just dont care or have never been anywhere near a hotel. It is a hostel not a hotel. They just forgot to put an s in the middle of the word. To think that I actually paid to sleep there??? Broken toilet seat Gaps in the fire door you could see outside in the passage. Dirty shower and bathroom sink. Dirty and massive pillows that gave me a sore neck for a few days.
