What guests say
Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels is a fantastic hotel. It is clean, the rooms are spacious and luxurious. Our room had a seperate living area which made it feel like a little apartment — even equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine! Really loved the lighting in the room and the amount of full length mirrors (shout out to all the women out there that want good lighting and mirrors!). The bathroom is really nice. The hotel staff were very friendly. It’s in a very convenient location, right around the corner from the Underground and literally across from the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London — which was so cool to have a piece of history so close!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for four days and three nights. We received a very warm welcome by Wathmi as soon as we arrived, and the staff helped us make the most of our stay. We were shown to our suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay. After our journey from Paris, the following day, we were able to enjoy breakfast and the Italian restaurant, on Wathmi’s recommendation. To resume our stay, the staff gave us a warm welcome, the food was excellent and I really enjoyed it. No complaints whatsoever; everyone was hard at work, and the hotel was bright, with the staff smiling at us and ready to serve us in the best possible way. Thanks to Samir, who welcomed us every morning and every evening and was ready to help us in every way possible. A huge thank you to him, as he helped me retrieve my laptop when I left it in my hotel room after checking out. A good room, a good location and good food make for a good hotel. Quality staff make it exceptional, so thank you for this wonderful experience!! Best, Mr and Mrs Gueye

The worst experience that I’ve ever had. I had a deeply disappointing stay at Tower Suites by Blue Orchid. Despite being listed as a 5-star hotel, the service quality was surprisingly poor. 1. Operational Incompetence: My room key failed to work properly right from the start. I was forced to walk back and forth between the lobby and my room THREE times just to get a functional key. The front desk offered zero apology for this ridiculous inconvenience. 2. Zero Service Recovery: When I requested a room change after all these issues, the staff flatly refused and provided no solutions or compensation whatsoever. I honestly can’t help but wonder if this rude treatment and sheer lack of respect was driven by overall incompetence. A 5-star hotel should be defined by its hospitality, efficiency, and guest care—not just its location. The front desk staff displayed a terrible attitude and complete lack of empathy. I would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere for a genuine 5-star experience in London.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to the receptionist, Maxim, who was especially kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome, answered all our questions, and provided excellent customer service. His warm attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
