Its perfect , the price is so nice even though the building is a bit worn down the rooms are perfectly clean its more then affordable and its literally in kensington one of the best and more expensive neighbourhoods of the city me , my family had the best UK vacation in this place ! And the person was very nice i think he was arabic

Stayed for a week and it felt like home. The location is absolutely amazing- minutes walk from bus stop, underground, overground (10-15 mins walk), and supermarkets less than 4 minute walk. Lively in the evening and at night as well. The location is incredible, and safe, you can be out all night and come back walking alone without feeling uncomfortable the location is on a main road just by a crossing too. Staff very friendly. Very quiet. Balcony for morning coffee is amazing. The apartments and studios (we stayed in both) have all the necessities for a family stay from Toaster and microwave, stove, pots and pans to knives, spoons, washing machine, fridge etc. Morning walk for a coffee is close by, and dinner takeaway is also minutes away. Clean, comfortable, safe and friendly. Perfect for a solo traveller or a family. It is a one short bus ride to Harrods, walk (20 mins with kids) from science and natural history museums

Too noisy!!!!!! Kitchen is out of age, clearly didn't have wanted to use it. Kitchen equipment doors not well fixed or fixed not as it should be... fridge too old. Same comments for the bathroom. BUT ON TOP OF IT .... MUCH MORE NOISY, we have slept 5 nights on the highway in the apartment # 24. Our opinion , don't accept this one ! Colleagues were in apartment with court view , it was great and quiet. Could have been a perfect stay...but it wasn't....
