Awful, awful, awful cannot describe how awful, stains on floor and worse bedding, air con unit on wall with wires cut, blinds on windows broken. Room was unbearably hot. No shower just attachment on bath. No toiletries even though listed on booking. Would not recommend at all

I recently stayed at St Johns Boutique Hotel and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was especially convenient – I received a code for self-check-in, which made the whole process incredibly simple and efficient. It’s perfect for those arriving late or wanting a hassle-free start to their stay. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after long days of sightseeing One of the unexpected highlights was the fantastic food at the pub next door. They served some of the best Indian cuisine I've had in a long time! The authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere of the pub made it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is unbeatable – right in the heart of London. Despite being so central, the hotel offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel’s restaurant also exceeded my expectations. In summary, St Johns Boutique Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you're visiting London for business or leisure, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in London.

Attended a Dinner at Lords so an ideal location and also accessible by rail. Very quiet location. Room very clean all be it quite compact. The bathroom was probably bigger. Staff at the New Inn very helpful in terms of storing our overnight bag due to an early arrival Only criticism is we could not find any toilet paper in the bathroom. Not ideal as we didn't return to our room until 11pm and left the next morning at 9am Fortunately my wife had tissues
