About London Marriott Hotel Regents Park

London Marriott Hotel Regents Park is a substantial five-floor property built around a large-scale offering of 304 rooms, giving it the feel of a proper city hotel rather than a boutique stop. Rooms come with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and family options, and while many are well cared for, a few reviews note that maintenance in some rooms has slipped, so it's worth flagging any issues to staff on arrival.

The hotel's facilities run to an indoor swimming pool, gym and spa or sauna, along with a restaurant serving Italian-influenced food, a bar, snack bar and room service. A cooked breakfast buffet is a particular strength, and staff are consistently described as attentive and helpful. Business travellers are catered for with meeting rooms and business services, while weddings can also be held on-site. Chargeable on-site parking is available for those driving in.

The location puts guests within easy reach of Primrose Hill, Camden and London Zoo, with a pub, restaurants and entertainment nearby for evenings out. It's a solid base for exploring this part of north London, whether for a short city break or longer stay.

My second stay here for a conference. Staff is great. Rooms are large and very quiet. I had a room on a low floor with a balcony that faced the street. I expected this to have quite a bit of street noise and was pleasantly surprised to see that there were sets of sliding glass out to the balcony. Absolutely no street noise at all. The location puts you a quick walk to Swiss Cottage tube station. Primrose Hill is a 10 minute walk and we'll worth doing. It is a quiet residential neighborhood that felt very safe.

I've stayed here twice in the last couple of weeks and overall it's pretty good, but with some caveats. Rooms are excellent, recently renovated I think, and beds are good, plenty of storage, sensible desk etc. Food options are a Carluccios which is ok. The little area to buy your own snacks is limited and very expensive. There is a club lounge if you have the right status with Marriott. Staff are broadly nice, it's a busy hotel so lots going on, it's not the personal service of a 5 star, but better than a typical London 3 star. Pool area is getting a bit tired but clean, Sauna is hot and Steam room is actually very good. Parking very handy and if you are early there are always spaces. Short walk to Swiss Cottage on Jubilee line and the beauty of St John's Wood is 12 mins walk. Overall it's good, think the building needs a total upgrade on elevators and common parts. Very busy here so be prepared for that.

It’s a nice hotel. It’s close to the tube station and located in a safe neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. I really liked the M Club because I could go there and chill at any time of the day or night. They served food once a day, and it was quite varied. They also had a selection of cheeses, which I really enjoyed since I’m a big cheese lover. The staff member, Noura, was very attentive during meal time. We arrived a bit late for the food, but she still made sure we had everything we needed before it was cleared away. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We came as a big family experience, we got so much kindness and flexibility. The staff adapted to us and was kind and genuine. The lounge was amazing and was able to feed all the kids and us. We were worried we’d be judged for taking out food to the kids but the Lounge staff was reassuring and very kind to us. Telling us to help ourselves and not worry. Shehala at front desk was so awesome and helpful! Marouane fellow Moroccan manager was amazing too and friendly. It’s our second time here and it’ll be our Marriott to be here. We’re platinum members, we got a big family, the pool is truly heated, we had so much fun with the kids. Loved this stay again! If you like family, authenticity, diplomacy, adaptation, genuine warmth. This Marriott is for you.
