What a great hotel! This was our first time at a Staybridge Suites and we will definitely be coming back. Our positive experience at this hotel started with a friendly greeting from Florian on the front desk. Check-in was simple and efficient. We had similar interactions with Manager Scott and the rest of his team. Our room was spacious and well-designed - enough space for suitcases and a useful kitchen area. The bathroom was as large as it needed to be - with lots of hot water and no danger of flooding the place with the shower. The breakfast buffet is extensive. It would put many more expensive hotels to shame. We used the small but perfectly functional gym; and the laundry facilities were most welcome since we had been away from home for over a month. The location is great - a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the bus station, underground and overground stations.

Love, love, love this place. The staff are so nice and just incredible. The rooms are perfect too. You can't go wrong. It's quiet and right down the road from The Black Dog a restaurant famous for allegedly inspiring the song written by Taylor Swift. The food there is great too and you can order and have it sent delivered which is great if you’re jet lagged and don’t want to track food down. The breakfast? Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had for a hotel and it changes daily with many options. This location is like a 20 minute ridge to the busier parts of London like Buckingham Palace. It’s to me a perfect balance. You’re also not a far walk to the Vauxhall tube. So, I say overall its location is pretty great unless you want to be in the direct heart then this one might not be your immediate ‘yes’. Want a bit of distance and quiet then definitely book here!

We had an excellent long weekend stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, the staff are really friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location is great - in a relaxed neighbourhood with just a short walk along the Thames to Big Ben and Houses of Parliament and also handy for public transport. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a lovely stay

Really excellent family stay. Very accommodating with an early check in when we arrived with a tired looking child. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had excellent selection and the staff was very kind in gifting a small toy to our son who took it around with him for the rest of the trip. Less than 10 min walk to Vauxhall underground; close to Thames and St George Wharf without the big crowds. We would definitely stay here again.
