The hotel was very clean overall and the room was very clean and well maintained. The room I had was small but was very well appointed with everything you could need. Being situated right across the street from the underground station was very convenient and made getting to and from the airport easy. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and would return.

Excellent high end hotel. Beautiful decor throughout, particularly the stunning staircase. Amazing service from all the staff (bellhops, concierge, restaurant, bar...). They were kind enough to arrange a taxi for us to the airport on a Sunday. Breakfast was delicious and great evening drinks menu. Just a few minutes walk from Science Museum, Natural History Museum, V&A Museum, Kensington Palance & Gardens, Hyde Park etc. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. We went to celebrate my birthday..Rajesh was very accommodating. Rooms are small(that's pretty common in Europe), clean, had everything we needed. We arrived early, so left our bags at the counter(they keep it safe until it's time for check-in). I called them 4 times before going requesting for an early checking, sometimes even waking up at 4am EST to get this sorted. On the final try someone said they had made the note for the request, we will be charged extra for the early check-in which we were ok with. But unfortunately on our arrival that wasn't the case. We had to wait for our room to be ready, so we left our bags and went our exploring and came back later. Beautiful hotel, location is the highlight, right across the tube station, safe, south Kensington itself is a beautiful neighborhood to explore. Good food options around. 11/10 just for this. Would highly recommend and would definitely return.

We had an excellent stay here at The Bailey's! Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, rooms were immaculate and housekeeping was wonderful. Can't wait to come back and stay here again. Not to mention, the best location that is safe, has tons of dining options close, and right across from the Underground station. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
