I had the pleasure of staying at The Other House for several days, and by the end of my stay it genuinely felt like home. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredible team kitchen staff. Every morning I was welcomed with a smile, and everyone went out of their way to make me feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Cristina, Samuel, Anna, Julia, Georgie, Krow, Magyer, and Trusha. Your kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made all the difference. It’s rare to find a team that consistently remembers you, takes the time to chat, and makes every meal feel personal. Thank you all for making my stay so special. I left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return. Luxury hotel at an affordable price! This was our second stay, and once again everything was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Blago from security for helping me with my baby's pram, trolley, and the accessible lift throughout our stay. We really appreciated his kindness. We will definitely be back!

Had a 2 day stay in one of the vault flats. incredible stay. Location is perfect with a lovely high street near by. Rooms were immaculate , Comfy beds and sheets. Pool was also lovely The staff here were truly amazing so friendly and helpful. We had a brunch booked for a hen part and were treated so well. Over the weekend we were served or helped by Julia, Cristina and georgie. What wonderful women thank you for being so amazing to us all
