I booked a 1 night spa package for my husbands 50th birthday. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we received excellent service. My husband was truly spoilt, they upgraded us to a lovely, quiet room, surprised him with soft drinks (initially provided bottle of wine but we don’t drink alcohol) and a slice of cake. The spa staff were equally professional and friendly. Had email conversations with them prior to arrival to book in massages. Small spa facility but we didn’t need anymore than a massage and a steam room anyway. The massage was so great. The hotel is in a great location, grand and charming decor makes it feel luxurious. It was a great choice for a special birthday. The room was just as beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. All the staff we dealt with were professional and courteous. Would definitely come again and stay and use the Kalon Spa.

Amazing service — we could not have asked for better. Radhal and Rinkal (please accept my apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was lovely, with a huge, comfortable bed. The decor was a little dated, but as we were there to explore London, it really didn’t bother us. The hotel definitely had a sense of grandeur and charm. The breakfast and coffee were exactly what we needed after busy day in Chelsea. The hotel is situated in a great part of London, with plenty within walking distance, and we really enjoyed exploring the area on foot. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Bentley Hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully maintained — everything felt fresh and spotless from the moment I arrived. The housekeeping team was outstanding; fresh towels appeared daily without ever having to request them. The location is perfect — central enough to reach major attractions easily while still feeling peaceful. Excellent service and a luxurious touch throughout. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel just a few minutes walk from a tube station. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very good with comfortable bed and good amount of space. The shower control was broken, the spa bath jets needed cleaning as they jetted lots of 'bits' around the bath, poor water pressure on the cold water supply. So it needs a bit of tlc to keep it up to standard. The spa downstairs was excellent, so if you like a hamam and/or massage, it's well worth a visit.
