I have never been to the Beaumont Mayfair before. I stumbled upon this online before arriving into the area when scouting for a good venue to have a business meeting. Booked a table in the Gatsby Room. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service we received. Staff were friendly, attentive and professional. From the gentlemen outside, to the welcomers, door staff, concierge, waitering staff, everyone all around made our visit comfortable and most agreeable. Will definitely visit again if I'm in the area. Prices were reasonable and within expectations for the area.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are large and comfortable some normal wear and tear like loose handles and stains on carpet. The service is what really makes this hotel stand out, I was travelling alone (female) I felt very safe and well looked after. Turn down service was a nice touch. Very clean rooms. Nothing was a problem I used the complimentary car service they secured a high tea booking for me at the ritz which typically is booked months in advance. They went above and beyond. Food was good value especially the prawn cocktail it was huge.

Firstly, we booked to stay for 4 nights and as soon as we walked in we were welcomed with friendly staff and a clean room with finer details that other 5star hotels don’t think about. Marios, Jana and Robert (duty manager, front desk and restaurant lunch manager) took real great care of us to the point that we will definitely be coming back. They went over and beyond to accommodate our needs and we are walking away with a successful Father’s Day weekend in London!

An exceptional stay from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all expectations with its beautiful design, impeccable cleanliness, and outstanding service. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A particularly helpful feature was the complimentary shuttle service, available for destinations within a one-mile radius of the hotel. It made getting around the local area incredibly convenient and added great value to the overall experience. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional hospitality.
