The Grapevine Hotel

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station. I stayed at The Grapevine Hotel for 2 nights with my wife, and daughter. We had a very good experience. The reception staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Railway Station. There are also many bus routes nearby, which made travelling around London very easy. Buckingham Palace is also only around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The weather was very hot during our stay, so I requested an extra fan at reception. Within 5 minutes, a staff member brought an extra fan to our room, which we really appreciated. Another great service was the free luggage storage after checkout. We checked out at 9:30am and left our luggage there until 8:30pm before collecting it. The staff were very happy to help and made everything easy for us. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to London.

Genuinely surprised seeing the hotel in person after reading some of the reviews on here but for me it was great. Just 5 minutes away from the Victoria station right in the centre of the city and well connected. Room was clean and had everything I needed, the staff who checked me in was nice. An overall good experience and I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to London.

I read some negative reviews online, but my experience at the Grapevine Hotel was completely different, and I actually loved it! I stayed in room 11 and had a really great view. It's true that the cleanliness could be slightly improved, but it was absolutely acceptable for me. The biggest advantage is the location: simply perfect for exploring central London. Also, the lady who checked me in was very lovely, and they even let me store my luggage there. Considering the amazing location and the very good price, it is totally worth the money. Don't let the bad reviews discourage you, it was a great choice!

All in all i'm satisfied. For 111£ for two nights , i couldn't hope more . Location is top ! I just walked , didn't even needed to take transports most of the time . It's renovated so looks better than the old pics on google . Room wasn't tiny like i've seen in the other comments , big enough for me , i had room 15 , i had a shower and a sink but the toilet was in an other floor but still is a private one for the room . Cleaness was ok . The store was light so i got a little bit bothered by streets lights while sleeping. Stuff was friendly and hotel was quite.
