About The Landmark London
Walk into a room at The Landmark London and you get generous space, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom as standard, with room service and in-room drinks on offer for those who prefer not to leave. The 300 rooms are designed for comfort rather than novelty, and accessible options and a bridal suite are available for guests with specific needs or occasions in mind.
The hotel's centrepiece is its Winter Garden, a light-filled space under a glass roof that doubles as a dining area and has become one of the things people remember most about staying here. Beyond that there's a restaurant, bar and snack bar, plus a gym, spa and sauna, and an indoor swimming pool for guests who want to make use of the facilities rather than just sleep in the room. Business services, meeting rooms and concierge and porter support round things out for both leisure and work travellers, and staff are consistently noted as attentive and professional.
Set on Marylebone Road, the hotel benefits from a covered pathway straight to Marylebone Station, making onward travel across London straightforward whatever the weather. Restaurants, pubs and entertainment are all within easy reach nearby, and valet parking is available for those arriving by car.

What guests say
I took my mother to the Landmark for her 71st birthday and it was a treat from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, Rupert, the hotel's Head Doorman set the tone for an exceptional stay. His warmth, professionalism, old school charm and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome. Our rooms were beautiful and clean with an impressive view of the hotel's atrium. The breakfast service was exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, attentive and effortlessly professional, anticipating guests' needs with genuine care while allowing the experience to remain relaxed and unhurried. I'll definitely bring my mother back for a longer stay.

We didn’t stay at the hotel-this review is for Afternoon Tea Our welcome as we walked through the door made us feel special guests. The staff were professional but friendly and very helpful. When we checked in for our Afternoon Tea, we were given a choice of where to sit and the area is stunning. The attentiveness was perfect with the team getting the balance just right. We were offered ‘top ups’ of each level (sandwiches, scones and cakes) but we had a few extra sandwiches and didn’t have room for extra. We brought the cakes home as everything was so filling. The scones also had the added twist of having a chocolate ganache in addition to the traditional jam and clotted cream. All of them were delicious. The infusion options (I can’t drink tea) were delicious and different to afternoon tea options at other hotels. The Turkish Apple and the Orange ones were absolutely amazing. We headed to the Champagne Bar upstairs after our tea and looks down on the dining area, giving a different viewpoint of the setting and I definitely recommend going up there to see it. We go for Afternoon Tea twice a year in hotels around London and we both said that we want to return. A special shout-out to Helmi and Louis who both added a little extra in the service.

I recently stayed at The Landmark for my birthday and, while there was a minor disruption at the beginning of my stay, what impressed me most was the way the hotel responded. Rather than allowing it to define my experience, the team completely transformed my stay. The Landmark's beautiful character, excellent location, spacious rooms, and outstanding room service are all reasons I continue to return. However, London has many luxury hotels that can offer similar facilities. What makes The Landmark stand apart is its people. I would particularly like to acknowledge Tim from the Concierge team, who was incredibly knowledgeable, welcoming, and always happy to help. Alex, one of the porters, brought warmth, charisma, and personality to every interaction. I would also like to thank Viktoriia in the Champagne Lounge, whose service was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our family had a wonderful experience, and her attentiveness and care did not go unnoticed. These are the people who make this hotel truly special. Their commitment to delivering outstanding service is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a memorable experience. I look forward to returning again very soon.
