About The Lincoln Suites
Covent Garden's markets and theatres, the shops and restaurants of the West End, and the wider pull of central London are all within walking distance of The Lincoln Suites on Kingsway. Public transport links nearby make it straightforward to reach further-flung attractions too, which suits guests who want a base for exploring rather than staying put.
The suites themselves are spacious and well-equipped, each with a kitchenette and a washing machine, useful for longer stays or anyone travelling with family. Rooms come with air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, and drinks provided, and family and accessible rooms are available. A lift serves all floors, and staff offer concierge services alongside luggage storage and laundry service.
There's no restaurant on site, but plenty of eateries, pubs and bars sit close by, so guests tend to eat out rather than in. Pets are welcome, and free WiFi runs throughout, though there's no parking available, so those arriving by car should plan accordingly. Staff are consistently noted as friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to what is otherwise a self-catering style stay.
What guests say
The room was cozy, with all kinds of kitchen amenities available. Was a studio room with small kitchen area. The bed was really comfy. Location is obviously the key thing as well. Would point out however that the Air Conditioning was remotely set to heating only and we had to pop open windows with a lot of traffic noise coming in. We were given the option to get a portable fan. There was also no house keeping staff available at night. The lovely front desk lady (I'm so sorry forgot their name) was very helpful to come herself and get a toilet issue sorted for us. I would suggest to make all rooms carpeted. This will increase the general comfort, cleanliness and quality of rooms ten fold. Appreciate this might be a cost cutting thing to keep the air con on a general setting remotely. But customising the settings for each room will certainly be a great value. Especially given the fact that it was the End of April now. Would recommend highly to any travellers who are looking for comfort in the heart of London.

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at Lincoln Suites and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we arrived, Annette and her incredible team of angels went above and beyond—truly running around the clock to ensure we were comfortable, supported, and completely looked after. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made all the difference. Our room was immaculate, with a superb kitchenette and a beautifully appointed bathroom. Everything was maintained to the highest standard, with the beds regularly refreshed and the beverage caddy consistently restocked—small touches that made our stay feel effortless and luxurious. The location is perfect, tucked into a wonderfully convenient part of London while still feeling peaceful and welcoming. We had such a delightful stay and genuinely cannot wait to return. And somehow, they even managed to arrange some of the finest weather London has ever had for us! A truly outstanding team delivering an unforgettable experience—highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Lincoln Suite Hotel in London last week. From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely memorable. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located for getting around the city. I want to give special recognition to Jami and Antonio, who truly made my stay exceptional. They were both incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, always going out of their way to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The room was spotless, quiet, and well equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and refined — exactly what you want after a busy day in London. Every interaction with the staff reflected a high standard of hospitality.

Thank you for making our one week stay so lovely. We had the most beautiful suite that had a small living room in addition to the bedroom. It also had a kitchenette and washer/dryer. Really everything to make a longer stay comfortable. We made light meals and washed our clothes as needed. Our room was very clean upon arrival. We were very pleased that we didn't hear outdoor noise in our bedroom. Price was reasonable given the spaciousness of the suite and the location. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who was so helpful and inviting. He always greeted us, but several others at the front desk didn't acknowledge us. Not a reason to not stay here, but an area that could be improved. Also, one of the two lifts is out of service and the functioning lift takes awhile. We ended up taking the stairs so it wasn't an issue for us, but it might be for some as we were on the fourth floor.
