⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A true hidden gem in London. The Zetter Marylebone perfectly combines an unbeatable location with the warmth and charm of a true boutique hotel. Nestled on a quiet street, it feels like a peaceful oasis from London's busy pace, while still being within walking distance of so many of the city's best neighborhoods. What really made our stay exceptional was the people. Every member of the team was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful. The level of care and personal service felt authentic and made us feel more like guests in someone's beautiful home than visitors at a hotel. The intimate atmosphere, beautiful interiors, and outstanding hospitality make this a place you'll want to return to. We left already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel in a fabulous location of London. Easy to get to the Marble Arch, restaurants and shopping. The staff was incredible. Extremely welcoming and helpful. We hope you can meet Andrea,Michaela, Sam and Ranjith. They were incredible and made our stay wonderful. The decor is quirky, but fun British feel. It was a clean hotel, safe area and had everything we were looking for. We highly recommend.

We recently stopped by the bar at zetter Marble Arch… what a fantastic experience we had! The barman Rangit was a lovely chatty young gentleman doing great cocktails. He’s the 5 stars of the bar, for sure. We also had the pleasure to get served by chatanya who’s also an amazing lovely darling, always smiling & make sure we were comfortable… that’s the staff we are happy to see in London hospitality 😇 We’ll definitely stop by this charming hotel next time in London… hope to see them again! Pleasant & professional service… well done guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏

We stayed for 3 nights, comfortable beds, excellent shower water pressure and fantastic towels! The restaurant/bar was very friendly, breakfast was delicious! Have already recommended this hotel to a friend to stay. We had rooms 4 & 5 on the ground floor, no stairs, quiet, eclectic styling, loved the entire stay.
