We stayed in the delux room for 4. Amazingly comfy 2 King sized beds. Large spacious room. Expresso machine, minifridge and biscuits with the tea were a lovely bonus. Air con was nice in the hot weather. Check in staff were very friendly. Breakfast although a bit pricey was amazing with a huge variety and personalised service (made to order omlette) in the sister hotel which was even nicer. Everything you need in an amazing location to see thr sights in London.

This was our second stay at this hotel in London, and once again, we had a great experience. I stayed with my mother and my two teenage daughters, booking two separate rooms. Our triple room was especially comfortable — the mattresses were of excellent quality, and we all slept really well, which made a big difference after long days exploring the city. The hotel offers great value for money. At first glance, the reception area and the hotel itself doesn’t truly meet the expectations of a 4 stars hotel, but it actually turns out to be a very good quality/price place. The location is also a major advantage: right next to Marble Arch and close to all public transport (metro and several buses stops), making it the perfect base for discovering London. We also really appreciated the hotel’s eco-friendly concept: by choosing to skip room cleaning, we received complimentary breakfast. Breakfast is served in the neighboring hotel, in a large basement dining area with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes — a great way to start the day. A very special thank you to Amaan, who was absolutely outstanding throughout our stay. His warm welcome, constant availability, and professionalism truly made a difference. He was always attentive, helpful, and efficient in responding to all our requests, playing a big part in making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again!

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, made even better by the exceptional service from Vatsal and Rohit. Both were incredibly professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel comfortable and memorable. Staff like them are a real credit to the hotel. Very well located hotel, right by the marble arch. Lots of public transport options. We stayed for 2 nights. 4* facilities are in place and though the rooms are basic, they have everything you need and are very clean. Beds and pillows are comfy, though room is quite warm as temp is set at 19 degrees minimum. There are no shared facilities in the hotel so slightly different 4* experience but customer service is still great. You can also leave your bags there when checking out which is handy! Overall a nice experience.
