TLK Apartments and Hotel - Orpington

Excellent 6-week stay — highly recommend I stayed here for six weeks and it was a genuinely comfortable experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and quick to help with anything I needed, and everything worked exactly as it should throughout. For a long stay, that consistency matters more than anything — and they got it right. A few things worth knowing if you’re visiting: • Great base for exploring — easy access to transport links and plenty nearby • Ideal for extended stays, not just short trips • Staff are approachable, so just ask if you need local recommendations • Book ahead if you’re staying longer, it’s worth securing the rate Thank you to the whole team for making it such an easy stay. What a surprise from reading some of the reviews found easy and checking in was quick and simple , staff were friendly and presentable, entry is easy by using the card . The room was clean with plenty of elbow room and wasn't cluttered with junk everything was there small wardrobe, bed side tables with lamp ,table and two chairs ,microwave, toaster ,hair dryer ,fridge ,cutlery, glasses plates etc. The bathroom was also clean and spacious with a shower ,sink and toilet .The carpet was thick and soft to walk on barefoot the bed was of good quality with good quality cotton bedding and a brilliant thick comfy mattress from the parking area outside its a short walk for anyone with a disability but inform staff if you need help as there are flats above and you could not knowingly be give one of these . Good price for what your getting .Thank you .

If you want to sleep dont stay here at the weekend the rooms are very hot and its attached to a pub so we ended up leaving at 1.30am

STAY AWAY! SCAM!🤢🤮 My Husband, Children and I booked a room on December 21 -23rd. Biggest mistake. We traveled 12 plus hrs from Germany. We arrived around 1 am in the morning. When we walked into the room it was the most disgusting place I’ve ever seen. The bathroom was completely disgusting 🤮. It appeared it had not been cleaned in a very long while. The floor was full dirt and had clearly not vacuumed, the walls were dirty. We were repulsed by the condition of the room. We IMMEDIATELY walked out and spoke to the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a refund. He stated he could not give a refund until we spoke to management. We have been given the run around for a week and management refuses to speak to is via telephone and refuses to give us a refund. We were so disgusted. TOTAL SCAM. The rooms look nothing like the pictures they have posted online. RUN! Management is a total joke. Unprofessional! They have handled the situation very poorly. This is the worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. Please read other reviews regarding the condition of the place which I fell to do when booking this place. I will be posting on other platforms and travel pages for people to stay away from this place.
