Never a bad experience, I have a Limitless+ card and use it every single week! A/C is fantastic and can even get cold in the summer! Staff are always helpful and bubbly!

It's been a great experience each time. I did the Odeon Limitless membership and now attend as often as I can. Cinema staff are friendly and helpful, seats are comfortable and the cinema is clean and tidy. Booking online is very easy although the only downside I have found is you can only advance book up to 4 films. I like to plan my cinema visit in advance so regularly do the advance bookings. Screen Unseen and Scream Unseen showings are also very good. Additionally it is nice some of the older films are being shown again as well so great to revisit some of the blockbusters from when I was younger and films that I never got to see at the cinema as well. I also like it that your car parking can be validated too which is great.

There are machines where you can buy your cinema tickets or redeem vouchers. You can also order food at the machines. Really quick and nice. Very helpful staff on hand to help you make sense of the machines as well. Popcorn and drink regular size was okay for a 3hr stint at the movies and there are lots of food options too. Large toilets, fairly clean. Good experience.
